When the government forbids cryptocurrency
In my country, the government is gradually apply internet and cryptocurrency control decrees. Previously, they banned direct Bitcoin transactions. Currently, they are banning crypto-related bank transfers. And of course, ICOS is also gradually banned . Initially, they said they would not ban crypto and bitcoin. But now their actions show that they do not want crypto to exist. Is their purpose not to secure crypto investors? They are trying to make it their own They see huge profits being lost for themselves And when the internet management program took place in my country, maybe I could not come up here to share my views like this. So sad
Governments and their bans is issue of entire web and globe itself. This resembles most intriguing issue in the nation and there is no genuine answer with respect to why government does such moves. Some says they are endeavoring to shield the crypto financial specialists from the extortion plots, some says it comes down to the monetary unevenness if crypto congests in the time, and rest of them says its all in regards to the criminal exercises that seeds out of the secrecy of the cryptographic money. There are numerous purposes for this, either every one of them genuine or some of them genuine yet its at long last in their grasp and thinking on the most proficient method to ensure the country.

In my own opinion, the government will only forbid cryptocurrency if they are losing a huge amount of their funds due to the growth of bitcoins which people are preferring to invest on cryptocurrency more than placing their money on banks because bitcoins are not taxable.

They can ban cryptocurrencies involvement with the real world but they cannot stop your use of it. There is no way they can control your use of it for transactions etc. It sucks they're doing this but there's also a limitation on how much they can do.
Why did they ban some cryptocurrencies? We really don't know the reason why.. Cryptocurrency has a big role to our economy. Alots of people engage to this so that they can have money. I can't sometimes understand the principle of government. There are many reasons why a government ban or prohibit cryptocurrency. Mostly they are afraid they cant control it, and may possibly drive out money from their country. Also, it is used for fraud and with not enough regulation, many will lose their hard earn money. But still, cryptocurrency popularity and uses is unstoppable.

I am sorry for this. Maybe your country has positive opinion for cryptocurrency or they do not want the risks associated with cryptocurrency happening in their country such as fraudulent ICO projects or ponzi models scam the investors. My country also has some policies related to this, but they only banned the use of cryptocurrency as a means of payment, people can still use them to trade. Hopefully, your government will have a more positive view

A lot of people in our country would be in trouble because some crypto users here have it as a primary source of income. A lot of people might lose their provider. However, I think that it is still too impossible for our country to control crypto where in fact, they are starting to adopt it.

unfourtunately some countries can lose many opportunities when they are issuing with a thing that they can`t control and don`t have a knowledge. I hope the government will see their mistake and act accordingly.

Drugs are always forbidden, but the cartel always find ways to keep it running my friend. If your government starts to forbid bitcoins, then you must think like a gangster... there are lots of ways to cash in/out. You just have to be creative.
Sound good, Government just human being, same like us. The government has a brain and we also have the same, do what you need do not depend on someone else. Cryptocurrency is not prohibited by all countries, you can still have reason to use, in contrast to drugs that almost all prohibit it, right. This is why I hate the government for. The technology being a potential one and offering so many advantages is banned. This does not make any sense. Despite banning all the illegal and taking strict actions against corruption and other immoral activities, they have banned the crypto currency which can improve the economic efficiency of a country. But let’s hope for the time when everyone around the world will be able to use it to make their lives easy. Those countries where the Bitcoin is not allowed for some reason will realize to recognize it in future days because we are noticing the success of countries which have recognized it and using it with great achievements and countries which are opposing it are observing it too. We will soon see them recognizing the Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in future which will benefit the countries and their people.

Government officials. The only one that they can lift, and other information. The real problem here are some of your precious metals. The real problem is a new way for that bitcoin is a new study. The real question is not sure what the right now, I believe that this is a start of cryptocurrency.

People who have long been in cryptocurrency they already have great wealth now, they do not have to look for jobs to someone else and work for them because it will be useless. Someone can to start a business that has been generated from cryptocurrency and I am sure they have done it.

the issue of government bans against bitcoin is getting stronger along with the Chinese government which also forbids bitcoin exchange sites. but it's only in china. because other countries do not do the same, including my country. it's just still considering the regulation of this one digital asset. because the price is volatile and very risky for anyone who wants to invest, and there is no guarantee if you get a big defeat.

I'm not sure what country you are from but I feel like the freedoms that we have in the United States would insure that the government couldn't impose on the American people to much (with the exception of paying taxes). I don't think that the American people would stand for the government imposing on them in such a way. I am sure that even in your country there will still be some people in some kind of underground that would work to keep it alive.

As we all know that governments are always greedy for the control and in some countries government has clearly mentioned that they are willing to eliminate the domestic usage of cryptocurrencies. However, even in the worst case scenario government won't be able to control or manipulate the crypto to crypto transactions, they can just interfere whenever crypto to fiat or vice versa transaction takes place. I am sure that we will find a concrete solution to this issue too.

Each country is different, in my country the government does not mention electronic money and they do not interfere with them, we are free to trade and just sell online, there are not any places to trade domestic.
Same here and over here, there is more of silence since there are apparently other things to achieve, and companies that are running cryptocurrency exchange business anyway are subject to paying tax which makes it an additional revenue for the government in a way. It is just a pity that in some countries, this is not the case and rather than the government embracing it, they are rather using their position to bully the citizens that put them there. It is really saddening. As we all know that governments are always greedy for the control and in some countries government has clearly mentioned that they are willing to eliminate the domestic usage of cryptocurrencies.
Being greedy must be one reason but the prime reason should be, unable to find alternate solution to cope up same amount of taxation even with crypto using people. Time will answer all of them and us too.

As of now many governments forbids the use of crypto currency in their country, we can say that the government are really greedy for bitcoin and cryptocurrency, this is because the government want to have the power to regulate the cryptocurrency ,that is why the goverent is so furious when it come to cryptocurrency, especially bitcoin,

In my country not the long time ago some politics were saying that we are just a step before we would ban Bitcoin in the area of our country, so I'm seriously thinking about moving into another country. Because all I have cryptocurrency gave me.
