Its happen in many country. Government wont lose control on money supply and they afraid people will prefer choosing cryptocurrency for transaction rather than fiat money. Most government reason ban bitcoin because afraid used for illegal activity but i think thats not a real reason because fiat money most used for illegal activity

I think that government knows better what should be done and what not. The reason behind banning crypto is mainly due to the low developed status and the financial threat crypto can possibly pose to the already struggling economy.
