This project needed a huge money and It seems this project was too big, I don't know it they can make it but I hope so.

I think the project team would be glad to such investors, but the problem is that they are hard to find. It is necessary to pay attention to specialized exhibitions devoted to oil production. Perhaps there would be able to find the right investors.
