My question is,  who will you protect the data or people's information you get when you do background checks?

Recent events has opened people's eye.

Background check for employers and people trying to hire say a nanny or a tutor. But, security against data breach is another.
Protection of people's information can be better explained this way; Someone can pay some services online and get information about anyone without the knowledge of the person whose information is being accessed. With our tech., when information are checked, the person been checked on gets an alert that says when and where the information is accessed from. This individual can limit or deny such access. Of course, if it is a place you applied for a job at that is trying to do a record check on you, you will grant access.

SUGGESTIONS
I would like to see a situation where passports and any government ID's will be so irrelevant such that where ever one is in the world, the person can easily be identified. Home address, phone contacts and facial recognition as well will be made so easy. And this will make life so easy mostly for the less privileged who can barely get basic needs and also E-verify would help to cut cost thereby making the world a better place.
