I heard somebody talking about a similar coin that has the same kind of concept, but launched earlier and has a smaller supply: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=437660.0

Price really low, so I bought a million of those just to be sure.

"Unable to login: Account locked. Please Check your Email for instructions to unlock."

No pin attempts in first place, spent the afternoon mining and was generating coins, balance of 0 when I check later (no auto set)

Account is locked after clicking other pages dashboard etc. No E-mail sent how to correct it of after more requests.

Can't reset password to get around it. Contact form not open to guests.

Posted on their twitter and had no help or response whilst they continue to make other posts.

Current stance: They're possibly stealing coins.

No one is stealing your coins.  We have a ton of emails go through, I will look for it now.

Let's all be friends.
Have fun.  Make things better.  Everyday we should MINTCOIN better.

Just hit my bid at 20.   Great little trader.   Sell at 24 buy back at 20  maybe will back to 25.

Nice trading coin.  The interest payments start based off of holdings March 15th or now?  There has to be a date in which to base interest on for the year.   So we trade it up till March 15th, and than that date is the cutoff date.

Let the traders know?

So I buy 50 million.    Put into wallet.  Take out 25 million to daytrade, put them all back before March 15th and keep them there for 5 years.   Is my 1st years payment 20% based on holdings from March 15,2014 - March15 2015.

What are the dates, layout, or plan?

Thank You.

The rate is more or less a monthly interest rate (in fact 20 days) so it's based on holding for 20 days at less. Till I don't know what date is taken into account for the first payment. And, it's not the first year for each person, that is at a rate of 20% but for the whole community.

Only coins kept on your wallet will generate interest after being there for minimum 20 days. Simply said its exactly like bank investment account. From the moment you send money out of your wallet, those coins will not generate interest anymore.
In first year your coins which are kept in wallet will generate roughly 20:12= 1.67% per month.

What are the cutoff dates for analyzing positions in wallets?   I am not a netseller.    I go home with more coins hopefully than I start with.

There are no cutoff dates.  Coins in your wallet generate coin-days.  Once a coin has generated 20 coin-days, it is eligible to generate proof of stake, i.e. interest.  Since the coin launched on Feb. 6th, the first day it's possible to generate stake is Feb. 26th, assuming you had coins in your wallet on launch day.  Hope that helps.

Beware !
mint.hashrapid.com is not responding to my messages. Over 2 million coins stuck at their "old" server. Cannot login. Does not reply. Looks like Scam artists - correct me if I am wrong.

Some others and I saw the concern of this pool as well. Coins were lost and emails were not replied at all. Unless they return the coins to us, they look like scam.

Its been stated in OP and tens of times in this thread. 20% is yearly interest, not monthly.
20-40 days is payout period. Look few posts above you.

It's going to be interesting seeing how this coin unfolds. They way the rewards are structured to sharply drop off and then switch to 100% proof of stake should make for some significant price rises. I can imagine even the people who don't "believe" in the coin and just want to make money, will buy it to ride the pump upwards. Because it seems a foregone conclusion we have big rises ahead of us.

I see this coin as a Bitcoin-style NXT, but with a fairer distribution.

Economics aside we also have a great marketing edge over Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin etc - 100% proof of stake mining means no wasted energy on calculating endless hashes.

So ignoring the geniuses who think they can still buy this at 5 satoshi and below, there are only 97BTC in sell orders upto 50 satoshi and about 180BTC in buy orders above 5 satoshi.

I think we see higher prices. Simple supply and demand

Interesting, I sold all of my NXT when I figured out it would never forge anything even though I had nearly 20K. Luckily, I was able to sell for more than I bought in for. I think it's got some great features but the distribution strategy is highly flawed and will inhibit widespread adoption.

I believe I shall give MINT a try since it seems to resolve that issue and also has green mining, which I see as two key features for any coins going forward.
