I already made the coin. Just can't mine it lol.
this is a good exercise to whatever extend you follow through congrats Thanks. I just have my qt wallet and wondering what to do next. Maybe I should create conf file for my coin. A working conf file is already created for you. It comes in the zip alongside the executable. All the coins created by CoinCreator can be mined like BitCoins. The "easiest" way would be to open the debug console in the QT wallet and type "setgenerate true". This will start CPU mining. By typing "getmininginfo" you can check the hash rate. And yeah, rememeber that the wallets will be in "out of sync" -status in the beginning because no blocks have been found yet! |
