Great news. South Korea demonstrated to the whole world its tolerant attitude to the crypto currency. If this positively affects the economy of the country, then other states will support digital money.

If this news is true, then it'll do a big impact on the market. A good decision from South Korea and hope other countries will try to follow this.

My thoughts exactly. Countries like South Korea and Japan have always embraced advanced technologies, and look how they are now --they're the epitome of modern, streamlined and efficient urban cities. They're intelligent enough to know what bitcoin and blockchain have to offer and so they're welcoming it with open arms. This is huge for bitcoin. I think we are steps closer to finally achieving one strong virtual currency that will not only make transactions seamless, but will transform our socio-economic framework for the better.

Before this time, almost Korean investors really worried about new tax policy for cryptocurrency.
That's why all news said the government will apply 3~40%taxes for crypto at Jul~Aug.
But today, the government said we will apply 10~15%taxes for crypto like interest income tax, and it is very acceptable to all Korean investors.
Also they said we feel hard to say it will happen within this year and although will happen this year, there will be 1~2years stay period.

http://news.naver.com/main/read.nhn?mode=LSD&mid=sec&oid=023&aid=0003382087&sid1=001&lfrom=kakao

In conclusion, Crypto is accepted by government's legal property, SO MANY KOREAN INVESTORS WILL GET INTO MARKET AGAIN!

It now getting interesting that in the nearest future cryptocurrencies will be a full legalized currencies by meaning countries, I think the governments are beginning to see the important of cryptography and a big country line South Korea to accept crypto fully is a great news. I guess all South Korea investor have time to smile again I say congratulations to you all.

very touched This is the best news for Korean state cryptocurrency investors, but their exchange is hacked to make this industry a downturn; they really need to hire someone who is expert for code-makers and first-class security, to secure the exchange of currency.

Its a great news. Its really good news to all of bitcoin users who are disappointed of some bad news of banning bitcoin in some countries. I hope many country will also do it. Now that South Korea is opening their door to bitcoin there are many opportunities in that country that will rise the usage of bitcon.

after series of bans and crypto.  Eventually the Korean government also accepted the cryptocurrency market.  I would like to congratulate the investors from Korea.  And this is probably very good news for the crypto community around the world.  Hope other countries will also take Korea Japan as a mirror.  widely accepted the development of crypto

This is one very good news. More and more countries that do not like bitcoin or cryptocurrency in the near future will emerge with South Korea and they accept it. Nevertheless will apply the rules, as long as the investor is free to buy and sell the crypto currency, it is almost right.

More probably investors worry about the possible income they might have that is why they are doubting to invest before because of the tax. But as of the changes that happened in the tax policy by Korean government it will attracts new investors of crypto world. Therefore the currency will rise again and it will be a stepping stone for bitcoin to gain more and more investors.

I believe in a year or two we will see the whole world moving in the same direction regarding bitcoin. most of the countries will start off by calling bitcoin things like "commodity" and then setting taxes like this, sometimes higher than it should be and some other countries will see its true nature and see it as a "currency".
in the end the best way is to take taxes from the investors on exchanges and remove taxes from it for those who use it as a currency. basically something like Japan with a lower tax.
Actually, there is a big possibility that bitcoin will be accepted in all countries. I think open doors for cryptocurrnecy will help the country of South Korea to grown their economy and I think it has a positive effect in their industry because they will adopt it. I also believe that bitcoin and all countries will open their doors for cryptocurrency.

This is a good step. Although Korea is still worried about Bitcoin, they have also started accepting virtual money. As for Korean investors, they will happily accept the other tax only than investing in Bitcoin as illegal as it did in the past

Applying tax 40% of incomes was a very bad decision, but if it will be 10-15%, then it still be acceptable although it is quite high.
There are many crypto investors in Korea, they have top exchange in the market. If their government support it, South Korea can become whale crypto investors.

Notwithstanding the imposition or even the rising tax that is implemented in the cryptocurrency industry, this news will still be good to a lot of Koreans because this will mean that they could now comfortably buy and sell as well as use Bitcoin. To those who have already sold their Bitcoins out of fear and doubts will now definitely invest once again. This is some kind of an assurance that what they are involved in is certainly legal.

The benefits of Bitcoin are increasing. Although Korea is still worried about Bitcoin, they have also started accepting it. I believe there will be more countries adopting Bitcoin and legally binding Bitcoin in the future

it is good news, hopefully other countries will follow the policy as happened in south korea, if bitcoin is legalized it will affect the growth of bitcoin itself. will have many positive impacts that will happen.
