yes you can make withdrawles.
but usually the less popular coins such as fedoracoin for example.
for bitcoin and such you won't reach the minimum amount to withdraw without many referrals and waiting time of severel years.

the thing is that it just credits real tiny amounts of each coin which can make it impossible to withdraw anything in years without enough referrals.
