How long have you been registered? If you can't withdraw, I think is something related with. I can't help you if you don't give more details. Maybe there is a problem with your account.

You have clearly misunderstood me.. I never said that you want it, just maybe the error is related, if everything stops counting may involve all type of issues not only for withdrawals. Did you tried to generate a BTC address? Works? I had the same error, but I have solved it without realizing.

You don't need a certain number of referrals to receive payment; you just need to hit the withdrawal minimum, which takes forever, even with 1000 referrals.

the way i tried this "faucet'' is i set up my qoinpro address at some ltc faucets and it helps to boost the balance to withdraw level, and it works, at least for ltc.
p.s. dont know if it works for other coins, there are various opinions, i guess u should just test with small (faucet like) amounts

If I pay to qoinpro to get something out and they deduct more than there was created at qoinpro... what would I gain from this? 

I do realy not understand.

I haven't heard from them in forever and completely forgot about them until I saw this thread pop up in "Show new replies" LOL!

I just signed in, looks like you need to reach the minimum balance to withdraw.  Looks like the withdraw fee is insane as well.

Bitcoin for example:

Minimum transaction fee:    0.00010000 BTC
Minimum withdrawal:            0.00015500 BTC

just wanna share my experience with them don't want to get involved  in the scam/notscam battle!

I have been with them as a user for many months the email notification probs I don't have I usually get emails every day yes they slowed down to about 1 a week at minimum (from what I noticed) deposits  and withdrawal  I can not comment on as I have never done either.

Too all wondering if its legit if u cant afford to loose it don't invest in anything!

I like the idea of using faucet's to help push to withdrawal point!
