After banning blockchain app from the store, I will bann all Apple products for ever. Sad though, I was happy with Apple since my first iPhone 3s.
Well, Apple made his choice and so did I - NEVER AGAIN ANY APPLE PRODUCT. POINT!

How do you think guys?

sell me your ipad - I'll pay .125 BTC for it  Smiley

I just signed the petition "Apple: Allow Bitcoin wallets on the iPhone" on Change.org.

It's important. Will you sign it too? Here's the link:

What's the best site to use to jailbreak? Last time I checked my iphone 3 couldn't be broken, but I have the BC app already.

It's better to sell them, so you keep new buyer's money away from apple  Wink

Sure I Agree, but we also need to take on account the marketing strategy ... his video already get 35.000 hits  in 24 hours ...  I've got some relatives working in marketing business and yep, sometimes its not easy to measure a marketing campaigns ROI. But I really like those spontaneous costumers manifestations, its very powerful ...

I completely forgot you could do that lol. So is there some other less suspicious / more honest reason why apple took down the app?

Wow.  I guess the unclear regulatory environment is taking it's toll even on some of the more innovative companies.  I suspect one of two things is going to happen this year:

1.) Apple will pull it's head out of it's keister and fully embrace BTC by the end of the year.
2.) Barring #1, more and more people will be smashing their iphones and apple ends up losing significant market share this year.

I have disliked Apple since long before Bitcoin existed because their business model for IOS is based upon the use of DRM for censorship and repression. The net result is that Apple uses the power of the marketplace to promote oppression and servitude, in many was far worse that many oppressive states. One must keep in mind here that the "pen" (The 21st century equivalent requires having control over one's computing) is mightier than the sword (The 21st century equivalent is guns, military power, nukes, chemical weapons etc.). The Bitcoin community is by no means the first to have been the target of Apple's oppression; however what is really gratifying here is that this community is actually doing something about it.

Concerned that blockchain bloat will lead to centralization? Storing less than 4 GB of data once required the budget of a superpower and a warehouse full of punched cards. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/87/IBM_card_storage.NARA.jpg https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Punched_card

After Steve Jobs died, Apple is going to shit.
Alot of people Still have Iphones, Ipads where I live, so Apple is not down yet.
Apple just puts to much restrictions on there products, you can jailbreak tho.
But I still prefer android, Especially after this.
