maybe now it is very difficult to make regulations like that, because having bitcoin is uncertain. Well, the ever-changing prices make many of us always think about it, so before the price is stable, I think it will be difficult to take taxes from bitcoin.

government need to issued legislation as a legal umbrella for imposing taxes on the cryptomarket. without this law the government will violate the law

I do not see anything wrong in case the government orders bitcoin holders to pay their tax. The government have a right to collect tax to their citizen and as a citizen it is our duty to pay it. We all know that tax is one of the biggest sources of money of government. Without taxes, government could not pay for basic social services.

that basic reason for us why we should paying taxes to our government.although for bitcoin and cryptocurrency this is still debatable.but this is our duty to pay taxes from our assets.

What will happen on BTC if the government will said that all the bitcoin holder have to pay their tax??
Maybe the expansion of BTC community will get low than usual.
Whats wrong in tax? its good for development of country, and i think you are pay tax in everything you buy and for everything you eat. I dont think its a problem that will makes me stay away from cryptocurrency.

Those who are Bitcoin’s holders should pay tax for it is good for government because they are looking for development in providing us with convenience. So this is good but government should also think to give us free hand in something so that we may enjoy it just like many countries are tax free for crypto coins. Those people who are living in tax free countries for crypto are very lucky to have such good governance system in their countries.

It depends on some rules of the countries. In Russia, they give people the money to buy from the Crypto market but they will have to pay taxes to the government. The tax rate is quite high and it is one of the ways people do not want to make money from the Crypto market anymore. That is really a negative influence.

taxes are for only centralized systems. bitcoin is based on blockchain technology that is totally decentralized. there is no any government behind bitcoin. so why would holders have to pay taxes? and to who will they pay?

Government can only tax bitcoin by means of transaction you make and this taxation will only possible if they legalize the cryptocurrency. Every citizen has their duty to pay taxes to help their economy function normally. Investors will continue to buy bitcoin even if their transactions is taxed and every investors in that country will no longer worry on their investments because bitcoin is already legalized.

This can be very complicated, right? In order to do that, the government authorities need to link all the crypto-wallets to the individuals, as a lot many of the users won't be ready to reveal their crypto holdings. And doing so is going to take a lot of time and effort.
Yeah, it is not an easy job but governments are wise enough to make solutions for problems in this way they will solve many problems further a country faces in future. We must contribute to our society as governments are working for our development so we also think in order to make our lives easy. If those who do not want to pay taxes reflecting that they do not need any development in country.

Bitcoins are considered assets rather than currencies. If you receive Bitcoin in exchange for goods or services, it will be treated as a normal income of the value at the time of receipt. If bitcoin and other similar currencies become more dominant, tax treatments will change.

This question doesn’t make any sense because it never going to happen. Bitcoin does not belong to any government, it belongs to people and is open to anyone that wants to make use of it. No government will come up tomorrow to charge crypto users tax, nah that’s never going to happen. You will only pay tax for what you’re doing in your country, the government has no business to do with this.

of course if the government can control bitcoin it will definitely apply taxes because it will be a way to be able to increase state revenue from investors, and I think investors might not be affected by it as long as they can still get profit

I think in that case bitcoin will experience a price decline due to the implementation of taxes for holders, this can happen because if bitcoin is taxed it means there is no more anonymous term on bitcoin other than that cheap fees will also no longer apply because there is tax, the second possibility is that the price of bitcoin will increase because the government provides legal guarantees for every bitcoin transaction.

Nothing is impossible here in the crypto market. It can face regulations from the government any time like we witnessed Bitcoin exchanges getting banned and dismantled in China. If China-where a huge number of people used Bitcoin- can do it, the rest of the world can also implement regulations. This is not such a difficult job for the policy makers. They would just need to formulate a new policy that will be implemented by the legislature after being passed in the senate.

if you own Bitcoin, that means you have been taxed. Although different, the general view of the developed country still thinks that Bitcoin is a profitable process and that requires a tax on This profits. This led the IRS to label Bitcoin as a property and the IRS recently convened Coinbase to collect information related to customer data over the past three years.

When this happens, the -crypto currency will be equated to fiat money and will be the usual payment in a forehead shop. It will also have all the legal and financial rights and guaranties. There is no problem if people receive salaries in bitcoins and pay taxes. It must pass the time that at such a level the society would take a crypto currency.

No for now because bitcoin has no clear definition on what really bitcoin is considered. Some may say that bitcoin is an asset which could be taxable by the government or a digital currency but not functioning as digital currency because of its form(decentralized currency). So we should not speculate for these things to happen because we do not want also that our bitcoin holdings will be taxed out by the government.
