With the big crash of Bitcoin today from 6700$ to 6000$,all altcoins followed this path and now all top altcoins are red -10%.
Is is good time to buy considering the fact that Bitcoin can rebounce any time so Altcoins do the same? Or buying now during the dip is risky because it can go deeper?

Depends on you actually but basing on the current movement of coins then i would consider it as a safe spot but always put in mind that it doesnt give any guarantee that it will give profits later on. Sometimes we do really hesitate to buy because it cant really be avoided the thing comes to mind that the price might go even more lower.Basing on technicals bitcoin can possible go ahead to below 5k price but still its just a presumption basing on those indicators if you can wait then its your choice but dont expect it would happen for sure.

It's impossible to predict the perfect time to buy, because the market could always dip some more. But personally i believe it's a great time to buy. Even if the market continues to dip a little more, we know that it will rebound much higher than this 252 billion market cap. I could see us outdoing the 800 billion by the end of this year if everything goes as planned.

I don't think it would be a bad idea to get some money into the market, but I would be cautious right now because this might lead into another dump in the near future. That's something I don't think anyone wants to get caught in, let alone buy into a bear market thinking it's going to shift into a bull market immediately afterwards. Some days, and in some markets, it's REALLY good to buy the dip. I'm just not that confident in it right now. But take my opinions with a grain of salt, because I don't know the market and I won't claim to know the market. I'm just saying that it doesn't look exceptionally good right now.

You can try to think that to buy bitcoin or any other coin through some partials. To prevent the price goes even deeper and then it becomes a very good method. And you will not loss anything from there. Because you can buy in various level to minimize your lost.

Now seeing that litecoin is in oversold arena means it will not be long before a breakout occurs. All altcoins are fighting to recover. For litecoin being listed on a regulated exchange Itbit gives is more visibility to prime investors. I recall when litecoin had a bullish 1st quarter noone ever thought it would be trading under 100dlls.

Probably. Although I won't mind waiting a tad more. Bithumb just got hacked and people are losing their shit. 

So the prices can go down further more, but if you want you can do short trades and make a few long term trades when the price falls. Sounds about right? It would take a month atleast for bitcoin to recover, considering how this year went so far.

It's hard to tell what's the bottom of this market. In general, it depends on your goals and if you're trading or holding. Now we are in a correction, this is usually a good opportunity to increase position or re-enter coins you believe will do well in the future.

actually, I'm quite confused with the current market conditions because some minor cryptocurrency news can make many people panic, I hesitate to expect profits in short-term, but I believe the current price is pretty good for long-term

The question is what altcoin you are going to buy?because this will depend on the potential of the alts youre investing with.but if you are referring to the top 10 coins then i guess its valid to buy now and just wait for some time to recover

i think bitcoin is at the bottom of the floor, so we can invest in large amounts. as well as altcoin that follows the fluctuations of btc. so if btc rises then altcoin likely will rise as well
