From your story, it seems, that the support agent does not understand your problem but he wants to give you another free spin because sometimes, from one agent to another agent, they can not have the same skills to understand the customer's problem so that can lead misunderstanding between the agent and the customer. I think this is just the way that the house edge is supposed to work... you rarely win another big win on the same Slot, just after you have won something big.... but that does not stop people from trying.
