Smoke a joint and relax.  All those feelings of anger and frustration will just go away. Nothing except what to eat will be on your mind. Cheesy

I try to count and breathe to calm down. Also, you can meditate.

Honeslty, that seems more of something that treats the symptoms of tempermental issues  rather a solution.

It may sounds funny but always in such situations I dive deep into my imagination and follow this story like in fantasy book or something where I am the winner. I calm imminently. After some practice you are doing it instantly and anger is no such an issue.

Count to 10 before you do anything. If your initial assessment holds true then rage...

Depends on the issue causing tempers to rise.  If it's something small, like say girlfriend/boyfriend is hassling you are about something trivial, a joint is perfect way to help ease the tension.  I'm not advocating to use it to solve major life problems, but it will help calm down and think about a solution in reasonable sense of mind rather than one of anger.

4. Do not hold hatred or grudge
5. Do not send emails in rage

I have extreme anger issues too. Hate will get you nowhere it makes you physically weak after a while. Best idea is to vape a blunt. Smoking it hurt my lungs so I just vape it.

anger comes from an unhealthy mind .the person needs a lot of support initially from people around.but it is difficult for them to predict such situations.so what i recommend is to move away from such situation and try to hum a song or try to keep you busy by gardening and cooking.

I see your point and agree to some extent.
