1. Listen : First of all, Listen to what the other person is saying. If you listen properly, you will evaluate the situation better and handle it better.
2. Believe in yourself : Understand the cause for your anger. If you know what you are, and you believe in it, then most of the times there is not really a reason for you to get angry.
3. Smile : When you get angry, force yourself to smile. Its really difficult, i know. But force yourself. First few times, you cant. The more you try to smile, you will just get more angry. But soon you will learn it.
4. Keep quiet : When you get angry, best thing is not to talk. When you are angry , you will utter things you otherwise wouldn't.

Best way that works for me is to walk away from something that make me aggitated. I think staying on that scenario will really lit up the emotion and will cause you to be temperamental.

when you get anger just close your eyes and count 1, 2 , upto 25 .

Take a deep breath, then start counting 1-10 hearts. Usually I do it and it works. Trying to think calmly and forgive something that makes us angry

Anger emotions can be overwhelming, and so difficult to put together but however hard, in order not to do something that you will regret forever, you need to put yourself under control and not do anything drastic until the feeling has dissipate largely. You can take in a deep breath, expend some energy  by hitting on the wall if you have to but do well not hit on anyone or say thing you will regret.

When I'm in a bad mood, I would always lock myself away from the person that makes me angry and take a deep breath. Or I would take a walk or run and if possible, do some sports like boxing or anything I can take my aggression on.
