I received my Antminer yesterday. As explained to you before, the fan on the unit does not work, everything else looks normal, except that whiteout the fan working I can not use it.

Can you please post a picture of the S2 for us?

It states yes, via escrow.com. I used escrow.com and its the best escrow to prevent fraud.

You can setup the inspection times before the funds release.

 Last week, I sent you and BITMAIN an email relating the issue. I haven't heard back from either of you. What's going on? Is not too good having my Antminer here sitting and doing nothing. Has been more than 3 weeks since I payed for it!
 Please reply to my email. Should I mention that customer support is as important as promotion and marketing.
 
 BTW Anyone has experienced a similar problem?
 Any help much appreciated.

We want to solve your situation as any other customer.

If the Fan works connected directly to the PSU there are no problems, I was thinking you are working in that way.

If the FAN does not work the best is to replace it. because any other option will take time and in mining time is money.

What I receive from you is your unit was working but fan is not working, and I was thinking my idea to connected directly to PSU worked if not worked and you are not able to get a new Fan, lets do a RMA there are not many other options.
