Hello
Sorry for the delays I was in a trip to Iceland to speed up the setup of the new Data Center to host miners.
I am processing all the orders that are on hold during the weekend, if your order is not in Processing status by Monday please let me know.
We will stop using the Chase Bank and we will return to our Bank of America account because looks Chase does not like Bitcoin related business.
Regards
Juan
Are you legit, could I feel safe ordering from you? Thanks! Yes. I am in Toronto as well and have ordered from 112bit in the past without issue. Just got an s3 What did you use as a power supply? I'll just copy what you got. Also how much was duties and taxes? Back when I ordered from batch #2 the declared value was 440 dollars so had topay HST on the 440 plus ups 10 dollar fee. I use corsair and EVGA gold PSU s to drive all my miners.

If your buying in canada why are you using 112bit. I though he had a canadian website as well. At least then you could minimize fee's.

Don't think Juan has a Canadian site. I only know of Bitcoinware and its over priced. There is no duty to import just pay tax on the declared amount. So doesn't matter if from Juan or Bitmain. Juan does charge extra for shipping.

Can't they just put "defective" on the box and ship it for $100? Bit coins isn't really a currency so in simple terms I basically didn't pay anything for it.

You could always get lucky and have 3 people that want one in the same area. At least to the U.S Juan has free shipping over $1000.

I did some research, I hear Bitmain is offering 7.7% refund or 10% coupon off next order. I heard this was because they advertised 480GH/s and delivered 440. I am curious, is 112Bit honoring this as well? I was under the impression they were, but have not heard anything back after 3 emails and trying to reach Juan on Skype. Would be nice to know when, how, and if to apply for the refund or coupon?

Juan will be in touch soon and is working out the compensation setup. Juan, How are you guys handling the Coupons/Refund based on Bitmain's annoucement? 1) 10.0% worth of coupon for the B1~B3 customers. This is the default option. 2) 7.7% worth of refund. We will release a function on our official website for application of this option. If you have bought from our resellers, please contact them and provide your Bitcoin address. Thread link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=671189.460Just trying to follow up on this, tried calling no answer. I was just reading on Bitmain's S3 Discussion and Support forum at this link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=671189.msg8042466#msg8042466 Apparently, Bitmain is just starting to process the refund. There's also a lot of tech talk on Bitmain's forum. That may be of interest to some of you. Still waiting on this. When/How are we getting our refunds/coupons? You need to address this. Otherwise all future orders will be going through bitmain directly. I've also left Skype messages, voice mails and contact requests (on 112bit.com) trying to follow up on this. Thus far, no answer. This is as close as you get. Juan was apparently out of the country last week. At least its adjusted for new orders on 112bit [it seems].

A couple of months ago I ordered, paid for, and received my S1 (in Canada) with no problems (other than the stupid Bank). The ONLY communication I received from 112bit was a automated notice of payment which included a Order# - that's it that's all. No ETA, no tracking number, nothing. Which is fine, I suppose if you don't have any problems or questions whatsoever, and you get your product in a timely fashion - which I did - although I didn't know what day it was coming, and just happened to be home when it arrived. It all worked out fine.
But my second order, for an S3, was a total screw-up at my end. I tried to communicate this several times with absolutely zero response as to whether I had time to make the payment, or not. I still don't know. So after much effort in trying to get a response, in the end I made another order and paid for that in Bitcoin immediately, instead of a pain in the arse bank wire transfer.
Anyhow, my feeling is, unless there's something 112bit considers a very serious problem to them, or presumably their customers, forget about any kind of communication from their end. I guess Juan et al are far to busy to respond to the little things. Which I'm ok with actually. Now that I think I know that's the way it is, and as long as I get what I paid for as promised - which I have in the past. After all, I'm not being forced to buy product from 112bit, or getting ripped off. Unlike a lot of other things I'm forced to pay for at gunpoint, like, for say, the Canadian Health Care Cartel; armed expeditions of fucking yahoos to shoot up Afghanistan for shits and giggles, ect ect ect.
Long Live 112bit!

Just a pie in the sky question, but anyone know if 112bit still bothers with Escrow.com transactions? I get the feeling he's enough order volume that he no longer really gives a shit! Guess the guy's making major bucks, thinking of the Iceland data center and God knows what else. Congratulations Juan, appearing as though you've built a success !

Juan,
I have sent several email about my order for batch 5 of the S3's. Nothing in response and still processing since the 25th of July. I know the payment went through bitpay with no issues, but I am really concerned now as the ship date is supposed to be tomorrow.
Thanks

If all orders have been processed, then why am I still waiting for you to approve my Escrow transaction (#716171)? Order #1418 was placed on July 30, 2014 and is currently on-hold. Seems the price is now out-of-date anyway!
