I have two pending orders #1528 now pending for four months and order #1610 now pending for 3 months. When do you plan on resolving these issues? How much bit coin mining have my son and I missed out on during this ultra lengthy delay of taking care of business. We are US Navy Veterans with a limited income and where counting on these machines being delivered to us in September. We have invested in Power Supplies as well, fortunately those came from a dependable source but that also includes many dollars wasted as they are not being productive without the equipment that we ordered from you.
We have made every effort to contact you via email, phone, twitter, facebook and now this forum. You have stolen not only $800.00 from us but many months of missed bit coin mining, many hours in the efforts to get this issued resolved and the money spent on the Power Supplies.
You have my email addresses, my phone #'s, my bank account information and my shipping address. You have told me that you will get this resolved in a couple of your very infrequent responses (I think 3 over the last 4 months) and I'm still waiting. We are now going into the 5th month. When are you going to step up and show us the respect we deserve as a customer and the responsibility you have as a vendor.
