Well that's the point... if round 3 does not receive at least half as much or more that round 2 did... the amount per BTC might be higher.  Not sure what's confusing about that.  It could have happened easily at round 2.

To make it simple - suppose that round 2 only had two investors who both invested 1BTC each... the payout per BTC would be much, much higher than the payout in round 1 for the same investment.

The bigger issue is whether the coin gets off the ground or not - just like in life, don't invest what you cannot afford to lose (particularly on something as risky as an unproven commodity like a new alt-coin).

If they get things going and the coin comes through on even part of the promises - then you'll be getting upset over a difference of a couple % at most.  Your returns will still be significant in comparison to mining.  On the other hand if the coin fails before it gets started - then you lose everything.  Not sure what part of IPO-coin didn't make sense here.

This coin is dead.  Scam from the start.  "Investors" are looking to make a quick bucks.  Too much initial supply for this to go up anytime soon.

To be fair, Panda IPO was among a small group of people. Stackcoin is distributed among larger investors group. So the chance of it getting dump is low.
