please pre-upload the wallets to a password protected rar file. That way all you have to do at launch is give out password and push the source to github. Way too many fail launches this week.

Once i set the config file for cgminer, what do I run so that it starts trying to run the first pools and then go to the last

+1 Please upload password-protected zip-archive of wallet BEFORE launch. Otherwise it will fail. |

Apparently somebody else also created p2pool code that people are already configuring, even though I already announced it well in the beginning of this thread. This is not well for P2Pool as we'll be creating two separate networks. I'll try to get in touch with him before the launch so that we can use 1 codebase.
Also, the code is not completely correct yet. Both ADDRESS_VERSION and SUBSIDY_FUNC are filled in wrong (at least, it's not what I was told from the dev).
If you're using TheoRettisch his repository, be aware of this, at least the ADDRESS_VERSION should change afaik for it to work.
