For me now on the coinmarket only the top 100 live coins all other coins are either obsolete or are already dying and will not return anymore

Based from the amount of projects i joined alone, I definitely agree that there is already a substantial amount of projects that are dead. Not that all of this projects are scam but because there was not enough support to keep them alive and no enough investments gathered in the ICO because of their high expectation with the crypto community.

Many projects are dead - and this is true. But despite this, you must be able to choose those projects that have a future. It does not have to be projects that will have a large capitalization. Just the opposite. Projects that now have very small capitalization have the greatest prospect for investors.

Currently on the coinmarketcap site only about 1590 projects compared to at times more than 1700 projects. They have left many projects without developers or scam projects. I personally invested in some of these projects and lost a lot of money like bitconect and centra. Do you trust the projects you are investing in and will keep them for a long time until they succeed or are they just looking for profit in the short term?
yes many projects is dead and many investor is being dead too because of there investment that they lose |

And some of the project is scam because the dev are keep dumping their holdings and after that they will gone as well.

What I think that the short term profits are the best way to take advantage of the volatility of cryptos. We can safely manage the assets that we have and we can make sure that whatever we earn, we will be able to reinvest it. Scam projects derails peoples trust in crypto and also trust in everything from cryptospace in the long run, but I am hopeful next year will be a good year.

Actually with this problem, it might make an investor doubt when investing so the project does not experience success and is very detrimental to participants and people who invest in it for a very long duration.

At this point the market is down, the tokens after the exchange, the price of them drastically reduced, making investors no longer dare invest in ICO projects, so some projects are not feasible them. Mobilize enough capital. So they fail pretty much. That's my personal opinion. I want everyone to comment |

Yes cause we dont have any regulation that will regulate the new coin (ICO). A lot of ICO nowadays only for scamming or only sell the vision & Mission without delivering their product. Just some of them is really good. Its too ironic for our crypto world. Hope in this nearby times, we will have some regulation to regulate an ICO before they can go to the market.

I don't know why people are surprised about this, there are alot of projects in the space that mere looking at the website and the way the team is constituted it is clear it is a clear scam, so when you see a project more than 6 months no activities on their GitHub you need to start to review your holding of the tokens, because like it or not most of these tokens will end up in zero

It depends of the project rank. Such altcoins like ETH, EOS, ICX, etc. is very suitable for long term investment. But most of other smaller altcoins can just dissapeared in one moment and need to choose wisely. |

I trust the projects I invest in because I usually first search it and if it seems okay, then I invest on it. And I always look for long term projects that's why I am a holder of a lot of coins. |

Sometimes it's very hard to tell what projects will shoot in future. Some of them can sleep for several months and then pump x10 after some good news or listings.

Currently there are more than 2100 projects on the coinmarketcap site. The top 10 crypto money platform is powerful but others are not yet strong. See the list of coinmarketcap for 5 years. Most of the crypto currencies that were in the top 30 were killed five years ago. Bitcoin and Ethereum are the king and queen of the market.

i know that many projects are dead but it is for good only as i like have only proved projects and coins in the market now |
