ETH Gas Fee Super High Now!

The transaction fee has now reduced, both in the day time and at night. Most times, I just like to transact at midnight, because by then, then gas price will likely be at 1 gwei, which to me is the cheapest.
Then to avoid spending too much on gas fee, even during the day, you can just simply use the one you I tend using and when it reduces to that point, if you are not in haste, it will execute.

This depends on how much pressure is being made on it. And depending on how much people are using it now. The gas fee is completely dependent on the Ethereum network. So there has no exactly the right solution.

Yes, there is a problem with Ethereum with gas, but now everything has become much better, if we compare what was before, when there is a complete update of the Ethereum  network, everything will fall into place.

What do you guys think about this Gas price surge since Saturday I think. I have been monitoring gas price the whole day today and gas price is ranging from 40 gwei - 75 gwei. This will affect ICO and bounty distribution as they will get high fees in transferring tokens to other wallets. I just hope it becomes normal again like 8 gwei - 10 gwei per transaction.

It is normal for Ethereum gas price to become higher if there are many transactions in the network.
The more transactions to be processed, the more the fees if you want your transaction in top priority.
Another thing might happening such as trading competition, it usually slowing the ETH network.

Yes, and people are panicking that time almost all the transactions are slow that time. Well, we grow a lot not and the transactions are a lot more faster with a cheaper fees. ETH is a good coin for sure, and it will continue to grow high. The one week chart of ETH proves that it can move up high again.

if this condition happen, maybe we could try using Mycrypto.many people said it has cheaper fee if compared with myethereumwallet.but if have same costs, we have to wait till traffic reduced.

I also priced the eth gas price went so high yesterday when trying to make a transaction.  I felt bad about it. I don't know why gas prices will go so high any time eth price goes up. There should be a way to end the high fee because it's killing

The high gas price of ethereum gas price is super scary.  My last transaction was about 1.4usd and I have to reduce the gwei to 6 to give me $0.84 and took about 1hour or more to get transaction confirmed. Is there no way to the high gas price?

Seriously high, it's been a while I have made any transfer from my ETH wallet, just like a while ago I was trying to transfer some of my bluenote tokens and I discovered I was highly charged for gas fees despite the fact that I used slow transfer. Hope something is quickly done about this.

Anytime there's gas war, gas fee is always high especially in times of ICOs when everyone is trying to make transactions at the same time the network gets congested.

so don't worry because everything will return to normal if the ETH traffic flow is no longer congested.

This post is almost a year ago but I just see this today. As of now, ethereum gas price is not high as those days. Most of us traders know that the ether fee before is so high that we can't sometimes request transactions because of insufficient amount of ether in our compatible wallet. The transaction range of time for now is so fast as the old days, even if we lower the gwei.

Recently, as in BTC. I paid 150x fee to send bitcoin.
This must be a rush hour. Because we normally paid 5-15 gwei.

I think is because there are too many people trying to use the network at the same time, in other to stop transaction been failing due to congestion, a higher fee is introduced, but I guessed the issue as been solved because the network was very good as at yesterday I used last.

if traffic were crowded the gas price transfer fee increases. however gas prices are still quite affordable cheap. if make a large number of transactions, the gas price amount is definitely becoming large. recently on one ico bounty i meet wants to share the paid tokens because of the large number of participants, the participants finally had to bear each transfer fee to get their token. the dev say if they pay for the whole transfer gas price it costs around $3000.
