Recently there was a problem with withdrawing USD to paxum accounts for MtGox users.
Now it is reported to be solved, but not for me Angry
I did withdraw 1000 USD to my paxum account at 15 of September and still do not see the money.
I did reported the problem to MtGox support on 21 of September and received standard form
which I completed and return to them and since then I did not hear from them and they do not reply
to my numerous requests to all e-mail I know. Please report if somebody have the same problem.

Finally at 28/09/11 the problem is solved and money is on my paxum account.

Does anyone know if they have dedicated support staff? Like someone who's only job is to reply to emails?

It seems many people wait a very long time to hear back from them.

Here's a solution. Email them and ask what's the best way to deposit $xx,xxx.00 into their exchange. You should receive a rapid reply.

I've had trouble with Paxum in general - after sending deposits to them it has taken up to ten days to show up. Really frustrating, I don't like Paxum at all. So perhaps your issue is the same? Not a MtGox problem but a Paxum one?

Having the same problem here.  On Sunday I got a response from support saying that they had transferred more money to Paxum and all withdrawals should be processed in 24 hours.  Tuesday morning now and still no money.

I understand that they probably have a tough time managing cash account balances with Dwolla and Paxum, but this is kind of ridiculous.

Was this via Gox, or ACH?  I've noticed that ACH deposits take forever (7-10 business days), but usually transfers from Gox are pretty fast - if they have the money at Paxum.
