They are in panic mode. So they sell their tokens at lower price. And i think they don't believe in their tokens.

Without taking into consideration what are the projects behind the tokens, people are selling their precious tokens because they are afraid that it might lose its value in the long run.Hope after holding those tokens for awhile and seeing the market price has increase these people won't regret why selling their tokens in such a very low price.

As a natural deal in the market, sellers always want to sell high and buyers always want to buy low. But the reverse seem the case with those sellers who dump their Crypto coin or tokens for some very low and ridiculous price. Thus that's not a natural market deal. What really is the reason why people dump? Have they got enough crypto gains that they need no profits no more?
Sometimes the reason is they want a immediately money or they want reinvest that's why most of them sell their token in low price. Some reason too is many people have lack of idea about trading and panic selling because some fud news they hear.

Newbie plus Panic selling will obviously lead on that conclusion. They are not even aware of what they are selling and just bought it because they see a lot of people talking about and hyping at sometime. Or they realized that it is not really a precious token and they are just deceived and after that, everyone's dumping it so they did it too to get at least some amount back.

There are also rare cases where coins/tokens are locked on a main exchange and can't be withdrawn (in the case of Tronix and Binance). In such cases, people will dump their coins to free up their money and potentially invest elsewhere- I personally buy when situations like this happen, because prices usually rebound as soon as the coins are transferrable from the exchange again.
It can also be that a whale has received negative information ahead of time regarding a token or coin, and the whale wants to get out ASAP, dumping coins at extremely low prices.

Isn't it quite obvious? The free airdrops, bounty hunters and those who have received ridiculous bonus at ICOs are usually the first to dump at the ridiculous low price as they have nothing to lose being that they invested $0 in the first place. This ultimately creates FUD, which makes those just joining crypto, probably the first time,to also start selling off at even lower price than before to recoup any amount they can get.
This is one of the reasons why the strategy for token distribution has been changed with tokens being released on different dates (usually a few weeks apart) to interested parties to prevent massive dump. we

FUD of course is the main reason why people sell their coins at a lower price. The fear of traders becoming a bagholder will cause them to dispose their coins at a lower price than what they bought them for.
sometimes a project shows their failure, so sometimes, the coin holder is willing to take the risk of making the coin a severe dump. well, but some sell it because of the influence of bitcoin prices, or ETH. People who dump price are harmful to the project itself. If price is placed at fair and reasonable orders, it gives value to the coin

And I guess they do not know that selling the token low contributes a great deal to decrease the value of the token.

Some people would dump their coins because they need some money to pay bills or for other expenses or they just want to buy those coins that already existing in the market for a long time like Bitcoin and Ethereum. When you receive a token and it is not increasing in value, there are times when you lose hope that it would increase again that's why selling it would be the best option for you even though you are at a loss. The bad move is that some sell when the price is already half or even lower of the amount they bought it. They should have cut loss when they still has a small loss and then buy back lower. Well this is a lesson for everyone that you should cut loss as early as possible especially in a bear market.

I think this is just natural saying that you are afraid to lose what is yours in terms of money and so they wanted to save at least something, and because of that they are selling.

Of course people want their money that they invested in. And I think it is the right thing to do since majority of the coins dumps after it hits any exchanges. Selling at dump is such a foolish and wrong decision, at time of dip it is good to hold our coin and have patience selling is not the solution of this temporary problem, holding can help a lot of investors and traders avoid lose, there are some coins which are now dumping but one should have good knowledge about the coin before buying and should choose strategic and promising coin so they will not have to panic their coin in such condition.

The answer is very obvious, there are a lot of people in the market who are not well knowledgeable about the market or they cant just handle their ow emotions in trading when the market price is currently dropping.

The answer is simple the precious token might not be as precious as you think it is. People achieve closure at different point of their activities and what is precious to Mr A is not precious to Mr B. Aside from those who really spend money to buy the token and the developer that kept some for themselves, who are still expected to exercise to exercise some restraint in dumping, every other category didn't really believe in the project. Signature campaigners, blog campaigners, Twitter/Facebook posters, article publicist, translations bounty, bug bounty, developer bounty, airdrop and a host of other "free" inflow, just worked for their time and energy so the issue of it being precious was never in the picture to influence their decisions.

In my own opinion, those people are not well knowledgeable about the market and they will just sell their coins whenever they feel pressure which will lead them to lose a huge amount of profit.

Or just simply for those people who didn't pull out money on their wallets wont really be keen or serious on trying to see out the true potential of the coin or project they do advertise or promote. The thing in mind is mostly concern with the possible profits or payout on the things they had done. Insights would always vary on each person because there still some people engage on bounties do keep out their tokens because they do believe on it but this is not always the case.

In this market, people usually do that to mitigate their losses, especially when the market is not doing good. Basically, when you see people selling like that , they are "panic selling" because they are feeling that the market won't be able to recuperate and recover, and therefore, they think that their coins will be left valueless, so they are trying to shed them off at the moment they see that they can get some return or at least break-even the capital they used to either buy those coins or an amount equal to what they used to trade for it.

I have noticed that this is the common scenario of the new ICO or Token listed in the coinmarketcap.com for trading but what i have seen there that most people who sell below SRP or below ico price are those who are participants of bounty hunters this is not talking about the general bounty hunters but majority of the participants doing that practice.

They called them a weak hand and a panic seller. Sometimes they sell their token immediately because they don't want to miss the opportunity to sell. Maybe they think gain a profit but it's not they lose actually. That's why we need to study about trading before we enter in this kind of platform.

First of all people are tend to be affected by FOMO a lot, and secondly I have seen when a token gets listed it trades higher only for couple of days and there after it's price crashes to dust. Looking at situations like these, I guess most of people prefer to dumped their free tokens in the initial days of listing of tokens.
