I made a x5 on selfkey at the weekend and looking for other coins to invest in for medium term I think I may have found one but its not on the major exchanges so I need to create a new account with an exchange it has to be yobit or Hitbtc. Hitbtc looks like a nicer site but my main concern is scams and been able to withdraw btc if I make a profit  I have red bad things about yobit in this regard
what are peoples experience with them are they trust worthy and what are their fees like

Thanks all

So far, I have good experience with Yobit. The deposit, withdrawal and trading are working fine for me.

I actually don't know why there were so many red flags with Yobit. Maybe I did not invest much and there was no point to scam me.

As for hitbtc, I have never use it before. So, i can't comment on it.

Agree with most of the users here Im going for hitbtc for now I did not experience any problems regarding this exchange although Im only transacting like 0.1-0.25 this is small amount compared to others from what I have observed those with big amount of btc transactions have problems in withdrawals and deposits and I dont know why.

I hear there are many negative reviews about the Yobit when compared to HitBtc, HitBtc is very prominent which is very promising exchanges and generating very good volumes in the market. So it is better to start trading in HitBtc instead of Yobit.

it's very difficult to choose between yobit and hitbtc because yobit has a faster transaction than hitbtc such as withdraw and deposit, but trading volume in yobit is much smaller than hitbtc

I also heard it like that. well, but based on experience, of course I prefer hitbtc than yobit. well, even, hitbtc belongs to my favorite market. well, i think most people also choose hitbtc compared to yobit because of many factors.

Between Yobit and Hitbtce Exchanges you should go for Hitbtc. Though Both exchanges have a bad reputation but Hitbtc is better than Yobit, it is the top 11 Exchanges by 24 Hours trading volume. And Hitbtc trading volume is increasing continuously. Yobit is like a silent scam exchange, you should avoid this exchange. This is just my suggestion, Now, the decision is yours.

I don't like Yobit, there are lots of strange coins in my opinion, and I got stuck twice with the same coin initials, I asked how they received coins listing on their site.
Hitbtc is very professional, customer service is always ready, the coins listed on their site are not arbitrary, I gave ratings 4,5 for Hitbtc.

BIG WINNER!

I'm using HITBTC for a long time and its quite convenient that if you are hardly to sell your assets in the book order then you will have the easy option to sell them directly to HITBTC. Although your assets will become much cheaper if you will sell directly to them but this will favor to those who are in hurry to have their money.

Yobit is more desired in comparison with hitbtc regarding fees and verification. Yobit also has an easy-to-use interface that helps you to start trading even if your are unskilled one.

Yes, I prefer to trade on hitbtc because I think the guarantee is good and the history of fraud is lower than yobit, which is quite terrible.

Hitbtc is pretty okay for trading and withdrawing, I use it all the time to trade ICO  token and to pick quality Altcoin I intend to keep for long term.  I have seen negative reviews about hitbtc as well but that didn't restrain me from using the exchange and so far,  I  haven't had any issue!

I don't like both Yobit and HitBTC. I have had bad experience on both of these exchanges. So it's like choosing between two evil things. Given other choice, I really won't trade on these two. But if there's really no exchange available for my tokens to trade in, I would choose the lesser evil, and that's HitBTC for me. I have worst experience with Yobit than with HitBTC. My sell order request got stuck during a pump. I literally can't make sell order. The button was enabled, but I can't figure out why it wasn't appearing. I filed a support ticket, but before it was fixed, the price was hell-dumped. I lost huge profit because of Yobit's faulty platform.

Yobit - A supposedly russian exchange that is not registered anywhere so they can say f*** you, we can't process your withdrawal request after a month.
Hitbtc - You can't trade small amount and they might keep asking for a hell lot of documents and even origin of your funds before they process your withdrawal if amount involved is large.

I would suggest you to only use binance which have enough liquidity and you don't have to pass KYC to trade small amount.
You are very right to your definition of this two exchanges. They are both not good at trading experiences, many traders also asking that these atleast two exchanges will revise their protocols so that small time traders can avail their services. I have an experiences on being scammed by Yobit recently , that's why I am picky of choosing a trading platform/s where I can trade my coins/tokens.

If I were you I would stay far away from both of these exchanges. I have been watching them for over a year and the amount of complains and bad reviews are overwhelming. I would not risk the slightest of my crypto assets with these exchanges.
Arbitrage trading might be tempting especially when the coin is just listed on a big exchange but the risk is you might lose all your money in those exchanges. Be careful!

yeah, but i think most people will choose hitbtc compared to yobit. of course I also use both, but I am more dominant using hitbtc to sell coins that I have, because I feel it is easier compared to yobit.

I Never used hitbitc but have had relatively decent luck with yobit. I think its a bad idea in general to trust any exchange with anything more than a few dollars.

I will go to HitBTC, why? Because Yobit is just full of pump and dumo scenery. If you are a good holder of coin, I think you must not be placed in yobit. However, I used these two exchange everytime I got a new token to sell or buy. I just like how HITBTC works than Yobit. And I also see some people accusing yobit as a scam exchange.

I have used HitBTC to sell some of my tokens, but I have never used Yobit. From my limited experience with HitBTC, I found the exchange quite easy to sue and the fees were reasonable. I can't say the same about Yobit, because I have heard a lot of horror stories about that exchange.
