To avoid large losses, you should not take risks. You do not have to deposit more than you can afford to lose on the trading platform. even if you become emotional, you are guaranteed against huge losses. IMO there's no point in suggestions to stop acting and wait as you get emotional, because it's not worth it.

Easier said than done. I have also lost quite big amount in day trading. Setting aside emotions are not easy but consoling myself helps a lot. Though indicators seems happening what it shows, their are some instances that it will not go the way it used to be. Anyhow  day trading is not a joke. Keep with you the beliefs that you can still get back what you lose to boost up your confidence.

I stopped using day trading and just buy a coin, put a stop loss and wait for about a week or more. If you grow - sell, if not - I lost only 10%. So much safer!

I think if you want to be successful at day trading then you need to be both a fantastic analyst and also pretty lucky with your timings, also you need to be glued to a screen constantly. If you can make it work then great but that intensive activity is not for me, bounties require only a little daily effort an will pay off after a month or so.

Yes, I had everything the same at the beginning. But knowledge is better acquired after you lose money. I started trading without emotion only after I lost almost all of my deposit. Just on this all warn that you need to start with a small amount, because most likely you will lose it.

Emotional trading is one on the main reasons I'm interested in crypto world.
I was a bad trader in classic markets and loose there all I allowed myself to loose... so I gave up and started to learn about cryptos.
I promised myself to stop daytrading... and I respect it  .

Yep pretty solid advice. There is one testament rule when investing in a high risk market such as the crypto market, you have to keep your emotions aside. Also, without empirical or statistical research backing the trading move you want to go ahead with, you should not go forward with it. The crypto market is far too volatile and it's always a challenge to stay risk-averse. So, only invest when your mind is peaceful, calm and calculating. One wrong move and you will lose it all.

I got depressed for quite a bit because I was still more stupid that time lol. Now I always research first before doing anything or joining anything. Especially when money is involved

Indeed it feels when doing day trading certainly hooked is easy. How not, prices can change at any time, even in a short time. And conditions of the sale and purchase on the market goes on. Even when prices drop drastically, it could be a lot of people suddenly sell their coins. And here started there emotions, fear and panic sell frequently so that it occurs because of this.

Well even doing research doesn't guarantee a successful trade so you really have to leave your emotions behind. It's the same with gambling and any other ventures that concerns money. What you have to do is to be firm and have a goal.

You learn trading the hard way. Sad to say that you don't even bother to do your own research but even if you do a research it is still not guarantee that you will get a profit. Well at least you lessen the risk of getting lost if you do the research.

Sometimes the mood also makes our trading that will determine. initial mood when we start and when we are trading. where when at the beginning we have no mood plus factor analysis that is less convincing will be a little risky actually,it is better to avoid such situations for trading

it looks like trading has something to do with the casino effect, and we all know that unless you keep your head cool in that area you can easily lost everything
