There should be a universal regulation that are legally approved by every countries where bitcoin exist. if people continue to use bitcoin in online transaction as payment this can help bitcoin to survive further as long as there are buyer and seller wiling to trade bitcoin will also survive.
Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

this is what makes me do not understand, although bitcoin many get threats and many get negative attacks, bitcoin always has the value.

but, I always believe that spreading, enthusiastic users, whales, investors, it's all the factors that can make bitcoin survive.
we will not get advantages from banks, except for only a few countries that have good response to either bitcoin. and they also restrict every bitcoin transaction.
banks see that bitcoin is a threat, this is between decentralized and centralized.
I think taxes alone are not enough, but an anonymous bitcoin character that makes them ban bitcoin.

if there is one store or company willing to accept bitcoin as payment, I'm sure bitcoin will last very long. because the key is public confidence in bitcoin as a means of payment, not just an investment.

Bitcoin has survived the beating after beating on a lot of issues yet, it has survived and REMAIN on the Top among all ALT coin posted on the market, the price market goes up and down for the past few month But regaining the momentum now, starting to move up slowly, and this create a very positive market behavior on the thread, once Bitcoin break the 7k market resistance soon or if not later this month, it will go back again to the more favorable market status. the fundamentals, market structure, positive investors behavior or high level of confidence, this are the indicators that Bitcoin will remain number one among the ALT coin for longer time in the market.

Bitcoin is going to survive further when the bitcoin community develop a positive outlook about it and at the same time downplaying the negativity from the people that don't wish it well.

And how can it not survive, why shouldn't it? It's a rather philosophical question, don't you think?
One could say that it should survive based on the reactions of the crowd. Most people who really spend a while reading about it and understand how it works end up supporting it. So, as a product it's good, it's interesting, it applies to your inner sense of justice. And it gains value, that's an important factor.

this is very well said. Well it is not always hype, there will be times like this as always but the dump and pump of most people really affects it. Just stay positive and invest what you can, no need to be aggressive.

I think Bitcoin will survive, Bitcoin is being used for bad and good things, if the person could see the potential and see the positive side then Bitcoin is a great value to all of us, if we can make more people using it then Bitcoin could survive longer

to make governments accept Bitcoin we need to give up the decentralization and anonymity, and we got no power to stop bitcoin from being banned, a body won't be too useful because the government got the right to banned or to regulate crypto

For Bitcoin to become a currency, it needs to crash

The three key features of a currency, and Bitcoin’s behavior on each are:

Medium of Exchange: Bitcoin can be exchanged
Reliable Store of Value: Bitcoin is too volatile to be a reliable store of value
Well Circulated: Bitcoin is presently being hoarded due to which its value has increased so dramatically
As you can see, Bitcoin doesn’t do well as both a reliable store of value or being well circulated. This is primarily because its value is so incredibly high (and volatile) that people are holding it like an asset rather than exchanging it like currency.

If Bitcoin doesn’t crash, it will never be a currency.

The basis of the whole crypto-currency movement is anonymity. But anonymity makes it impossible to borrow money. Who would lend money to someone whose identity they didn’t and couldn’t know? So what good is a currency that you can’t borrow?

That doesn’t mean it will crash, but structurally it can never become a widely used currency, because it can’t process enough transactions and can’t easily be borrowed. Bitcoin is an asset, not a currency.

Just wait for them, eventually we have something that is not controlled for the direct benefit of anyone where people are controlling their own funds. The government and the participating forces bitcoin is unlikely, because as we know, bitcoin is created to be hierarchical, so it can not be touched and manipulated by others. I believe in the future, we are only using digital money, and fiat money will disappear, but that would be another century I think.

The basis of the whole crypto-currency movement is anonymity.
Wrong. It's decentralization largely in the form of cutting out intermediaries.

But anonymity makes it impossible to borrow money. Who would lend money to someone whose identity they didn’t and couldn’t know? So what good is a currency that you can’t borrow?
You don't need someone's identity, just his collateral in digital form. This directly prevents people from borrowing money they can't afford to pay back. Debt is the poison of this world; billions of people struggle every day due to their debt, which to a certain degree could have been prevented quite easily. Spending money you don't have is stupid, especially when you up front know that you won't be able to pay it back.

Bitcoin is an asset, not a currency.
Bitcoin is whatever I want it to be. The name doesn't even matter if you think logically, the use does.

Forget the "hows" and "what ifs" as bitcoin can explicitly overcome those. Its been several years that bitcoin keep banging up in this industry and still alive. Perhaps bitcoin was made to be resistant on any issues that people are doing throughout its continuance.

I think there should be a body to Target these kinds of issues and body which will stand up for bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies and present them in from of the judiciary, so that everything can be fair .
Right now governments are doing whatever they please.

Actually the judiciary has autonomy and authority to revert the bank's situation. I know about countries where the banks tried to ban Crypto exchanges accounts from their system, but after a lawsuit against the bank they were forced to allow the exchange's account again on their system. And it happened more than once... But it's different from country to country, and I'm sure the judiciary isn't independent in all countries.

Bitcoin will survive while people fight these little menaces against decentralization each new day, with the help of good authorities, if possible.

Bitcoin is the first crypto currency which has started in the year 2009 and can be operated world wide electronically .It is a very strong network system with the specific characteristics which are attractive to the global business community.Bitcoin is a good investment tool and its volatile nature is suitable for the day trading and make money for the investors.Bitcoin is useful for the local and international shopping. Also bitcoin is used for the service bill payments and other service payments etc.

I see Bitcoin will last forever, because Bitcoin will be the only currency we will use in the future, and also as a substitute for the fiat currency we use today. Bitcoin is now improving for the better today, and there is already tangible evidence from some of the major countries that have used Bitcoin to conduct currency exchange transactions, as well as payments. Bitcoin is the digital currency of the future that we will use, trust me!

The more pressure will be on bitcoin on the part of governments, the more popular all crypto-currencies will be. Another 2 years and each person will have a cryptocurrency. There will be no pressure on bitcoine because people are beginning to understand it.
