mid year usually i hold, in last year i still have some coins but now i don't have much and to buy i little afraid to do that. maybe i will sell when i really need to cashout and now i just hold it longer

Recent crunch makes it more difficult to decide whether to buy and hold crypto or just sell out all we have but this is the testing time we need to hold on to our crypto and wait till december. December will be a turning point. It can either make or break the situations.

Basically, I buy and sell bitcoin and sometimes ethereum. Bitcoin has been the best coin to trade for years, there is always liquidity and volume and this make it very easy for trader and invest to trade regardless of market condition.

I would agree that the market presents a good opportunity to enter into alts, but only on the open market (trading). They've never been at such low periods for so long thanks to Bitcoin, and I still believe crypto will hit ATHs many more times, so if you take into account so many good alts at 20% or so of their prices, ATH is 5x.

But ICOs I'm not sure. Your BTC and ETH are so cheap now you'll be buying poor token values for them. I would even wait for ICOs to list and buy them after dumps.
