Well it is tricky, regulations will help some and make life harder for some.Those who adapt the best will take the big piece of cake. What do you mean, they can't prove that they are making the platform? He is talking about prototype most likely, but it's a bi early for that as we are still in pre-ico and prototype will come later in Q32018. |
