At the moment they are not even getting tagged people which obviously abused the system, since there are no clear rules how to proceed. I don't see how somebody begging could be any worse, annoying maybe

I'm confused, all of the sudden there's no clear rules on how to proceed with merit abuse and begging. If people being tagged without a "clear rule" for these instances, then DTs are abusing their power, right?

If I've read well, he asked you to give "ne" some Merit. I'd reply to him and ask him 'Who's ne?". edit: look at his post history. He thinks this is a soccer forum!

What?! I really don't know what's running inside his mind. Is he really expecting that someone will give him a merit for his posts about World Cup? Take note, all of his posts. I wonder where on Earth did he find the confidence to ask somebody for a merit despite the fact that he is not seriously contributing in this forum or even trying to study about crypto at least. Honestly, this was so different from the other "beggars" that I've seen before.

Look like he is international football player Lol. I notice he have receive 10 merit from single user in single post. Is it really not a merit abuse ? There is any useful tricks that he deserve 10 merit ? I don't think. Due to some begger and merit abuser that system is corrupted. Should be tag him due to merit begging. Look like he is a spammer and not deserve merit. I keep him on my ignore list.

Isn't people that are merit abusing and begging being tagged already?
- For the first part, only if there's enough connections. - For the latter part, YES (DT1/2 members will leave the appropriate rating, whenever they read/see the thread). If people being tagged without a "clear rule" for these instances, then DTs are abusing their power, right?
No, not everything on this forum has a rule attach to it (ex. Things not against forum rules but frowned upon by community!). I'd reply to him and ask him 'Who's ne?".
It's pretty clear: A "typo" (me).

I tagged him, because this is not appropriate for people to be doing this, especially via PMs. I think if we don't tag members asking for merits like this, it will become acceptable to do so. It's shameful that people don't want to actually improve their writing and instead want to write shitty PMs begging for merits. Also, though I don't have proof, I strongly suspect that this member likely asked others in the same way. Not cool.
Also, OP, if you don't think this is acceptable you probably should tag him as well.

Does tagging can only be done by the person who reports it and the DTs? Or does it also applies to the ordinary accounts who wants to tag somebody? Although I wanted to tagged some accounts that I caught cheating from the bounties but I can't do it... You can tag whoever you want. It's a question of whether other people are going to see that trust as red under the avatar. If a DT member tags someone, most people here will see that show up as red. If you leave a feedback and are not on DT, you'll see it red but most others won't. I would encourage anybody to leave feedback anyway when it's justified, because that still helps people out when they click on a person's trust link. I started tagging account sellers in 2016, and that was long before I got added to DT2. And yes, you don't have to be a DT member to tag someone even if you weren't involved in whatever you're tagging them for.

It is quite absurd begging for merit, imagine getting a pm and you are expecting some important message, only for you to see that the person that sent you the message was asking you for merits. The guys english is very awful, he should probably spend more time improving it rather than begging for merit via pm.
