The are tactics and techniques to scam users, nothing else. They dress it up using various words and sentences but they are just playing with words to steal.

I have a couple of questions:
1. This seizure of funds is applicable only for US citizens or for everyone? Because I didn't get an e-mail regarding any kind of frozen funds or wallets.
2. These funds are unclaimed tokens? And if yes, then how on Earth can somebody freeze something that it is unclaimed? Undecided
3. I only read the last page and it's near two months that members post regarding this issue and OP doesn't post a word. They don't care anymore to reply here, on their thread?

You are right, it is a strategy that almost every company/ exchanger uses if they want to lock down funds. So I was expected OP to reply here and explain a bit.

Look at the trust rating of the OP: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=96390

He last logged in to the forum on 4th March 2020, he would probably not be replying to anything even if he did read your post. His last post was in 2017 in a different thread:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1028119.msg19916025#msg19916025

Even Bittrex-Bill the Bittrex representative in the forum last posted in 2017 so do not expect anything from Bittrex:

IMO it's very "bad" (I don't want to use other words for the moment) to stop replying to the users/ members of a community that brings you to "life". Without members of the forum and the community in general, would not even exist... So that's it, now that they have become "big-shots" they have forgotten where they (all) came/ start from? Ethereum did the same thing, so many people use this forum as a platform to kick-start their careers, projects and businesses but in the end most of them move off the forum after get rich or they make a name for themselves.

What do you mean "ny users"? I dought that they don't accept new users, as long as you pass their KYC/ AML procedures...

US Citizens are not the only people which was blocked from using Bittrex. You might want to check if your Country was part of the additional Countries which was restricted by Bittrex global

What is Minimum Trade Size now? It was 0.0005 btc earlier.
When I try to sell 2.04529831 OMG I get en error: "Please enter a quantity of 2.09257554 or greater"
WTF??? 2.04529831 OMG  is ₿0.00076522 > 0.0005 btc.

Interesting thread you have there about Bittrex, got to say there are lots of allegations against them. I will be posting there but agree with your advice about warning people to stay away from that exchange.

Stay away from this scam exchange!

thats exactly what happened with alot of us from who were original users from 2014. Overnight they blocked access to withdrawals (but we could still trade, whats that about!?).
They would not allow us to close our and accounts and leave with our property. its another example of how regulations have enabled these types of AML/KYC scams to grow and prosper. Established scams like Bittrex can now always hide behind their AML/KYC policies and deny people their funds.
hopefully a nice class action against them one day when the extent of the abuse and how they have profited from their AML/KYC polices is fully revealed   Angry

Stay Safe and use NO KYC exchanges ■ Craig Wright is NOT Satoshi  ■

I read in pages back in this thread they implemented AML/KYC without notification and used it as an excuse to withhold funds from users that did not want to continue with Bittrex. Those that did not send KYC were blocked (as you say) from withdrawing funds. If there ever was a class lawsuit against them it would be revealed exactly how much they stole from users that were not given notice of the AML/KYC policy and were not allowed to withdraw funds either.

Sorry to read about your funds being stolen by Bittrex. How much did you lose?

Interesting thread you have there about Bittrex, got to say there are lots of allegations against them. I will be posting there but agree with your advice about warning people to stay away from that exchange.

A friend of mine fell victim of Bittrex scammers: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5270691.0

How long has DOGE been offline?  I believe I tried to withdraw some about 2 or 3 weeks ago and today I find it's also offline.

Massive delisting of private coins on Bittrex on  January 15th , 2021. Happy New Year XMR, ZEC, DASH & GRIN https://bittrexglobal.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018560640. Does  Bittrex envisage "sanctions" against privacy-oriented coins from government bodies and take actions  in advance?  How else can be explained that decision?

Bмecтo cтpaxa в cepдцe кaждoгo yкpaинцa  яpocть и жaждa мecти pycнe. Instead of fear in the heart of every Ukrainian there are a rage    and a furiousness  for revenge to ruska kurva aka rusnya.

Is this delisting only Bittrex initiative? Maybe other exchanges will delist, too? Privacy coins big dip 15 or 20%..
On the other hand Bittrex was exchange which delisted Bitshares sometime in the past, what could be called mistake - they thought bitshares is security token, but shares in bitshares name doesn't mean it

I am looking for signature campaign Wink pm me

Hi, not sure if it's the right topic to ask that question. But according to this NEM forum page Bittrex hasn't confirmed yet if they will support the XYM Opt In and Distribution. I have XEM on my Bittrex Acccount so I wonder if I have to withdraw them to get the XYM airdrop.
Sure I could ask Bittrex Support directly but they are slow if they answer at all.

Was the snapshot taken yet? I've searched a bit and I found some results about it being postponed. So if that's the case, you can simply withdraw the funds to one of the exchanges that are going to support the airdrop, and wait until they distribute XYM to their users.
