For me, I believe in the development of ETH. I really like the way that ETH businesses operate and develop their technologies. They have smart strategies for customers when the market goes down. So I believe in future ETH will still outperform NEO in 2023...

I think you are mistaken. Investment in the ETH is no more risk investment in the NEO. Both projects have troubles with scalability and performance. Both work as platform for ICOs with smartcontracts. Both have a big community and strong team. In addition ETH is mined but NEO have very few nodes for real decentralization.

I think the same things. The market is so flexible and the cryptocurrencies prices change so fast that it is not possible to make such predictions. Even the best specialists cannot make the long-term prognoses. However, I like ETH more than NEO.
