When I'm tired of trading, I do things that are not connected with cryptography, it gives me a chance to rest my brains. Also a great way to get inspired sports, sports stimulates blood circulation in all organs of the body and most importantly in the head.

When im getting  tired working in crypto i usually think my family and my love ones they are the reason why im striving hard to push forward to invest or even to trade and speaking of relaxation,yes its also important physically and mentally we have to maintain our health.

Being Envious to someone can really motivate us to work harder, it's inspired us because we wanted to achieved success like what other's did, I also have this attitude when facing some difficulties regarding to my trade positions, when assessment goes to the wrong way and instead of taking profits it went to the other side and I need to wait for longer time to make some bounce back either with cut losses or break even, motivating myself that I can achieved financial freedom after I gained enough knowledge to pursue with this business.

My inspiration is learning from my mistake, can't find I'll stop until know what happen. Some people laugh when know my inspiration because it's look no different with work, but that's me bro. I'll take relax time when the price reach my take profit point, 3 - 4 days on bed is good. Every person have their own habit, just keep going and good luck all.

Nothing much inspired me whenever I'm stress up from trading because the rule and regulation of every experienced trader is not be greedy, don't follow the crowd and don't invest the amount you can't afford to loose. I usually stick to those words and whenever the market is not good I stay calm cause every business setting have it own down time.

Actually, the tiredness is usual for everyone who is trading at least two hours in front of the trading terminal and chart analysis. Especially if you are a short-term trader or a day trader then you are going to make a number of trades and that will lead to more tension and more stress. In order to get relax and get recharged for trading, i watch youtube motivational videos and inspirational scenes and also I do meditation for half an hour by which my body gets recharged and relax before taking new trades.

My family is my inspiration and the reason why I'm here. What I do is take time to relax together with the family, spent the whole week with them on an out of town vacation. I guess that's enough time to relax and refresh my mind.

Well I can't really answer you that in terms of trading, but I can answer you in terms of playing poker. I guess it doesn't really change that much, because it's a mix of luck and skill, and we can't let your emotions take control and blind your decisions, so taking a break when things go wrong in order to comeback with a sharp mind is crucial. I usually step away from the computer, and go for a walk, probably next to the see or river, because I like water. I can also just listen to some music and close my eyes for a bit.
Sometimes I just stop it completely and decide to come back another day.

No way I will get tired at trading if my purpose and goals are always met even in a bearish market, physically and emotionally. And what's the best part? The result of it. This year, I always have an out of town to treat myself and family to relax but it doesn't mean Im tired. It's just that you need to rest sometimes.

My inspiration of course are all the reasons why Im doing this crypto stuff e.g trading. Take that reasons as your energy boost to meet your targets. Once you aim for your goal, you need to do reached it no matter what.

When I get tired of anything, I listen to my favorite songs. When I lose in trade and get hopeless that time I remember my past days and try to convince my mind that I am doing better now than before. So, leave what happened and do more hard work. I think the most effective inspiration is your mind. It is not easy to move out from depression. But if you try hard to feel positive, think positive then you can do it.

When you are getting stressed with cryptocurrency and also being tired for losing more time, money, and  physical and mental aspects it is better to relax yourself to refresh your body's and emotions. I just keep remembering the times where I was so having a hard time earning money from my previous job. During losses, I am just so positive and keep in mind that things will go back to normal and just wait for the right time to trade. I won't lose hope and stay positive.

Well basically never. I like it self motivated only and dont bother myself if I ever loose my money over the trade. I always carry the thought that I will loose my money if something goes wrong with the market and thus never bother about it even if its going down and im loosing.

Few facts I consider while trading :

Its not safe.
It can take more and give less (sometimes ) and it can give you more (many times).

So literally dont care about those "sometimes" and move on immediately.

We cant really avoid the fact that there are really days or times which we are being tired on doing trading like losing up funds or you just dont like on how the market moves or you are bad mood on a particular day which these kind of emotions would really be there. On my part, i do just sip out some cold drinks and inhaling some fresh air on our attic and relaxing myself and dont stress out myself too much into those things which im involve. For most of us on doing trading we do have a common goal or inspiration on which we do seek or aim for profits.
