Where you take inspiration when you tired from trading?
i hard to say when you sometimes tired from trading or have stress from ico or lose part of deposit. What you do to relax refresh youself and get inspiration for new trade. How much time you need to refresh youself for new hight.

On my experience to relax myself if I am tired of doing trade for the whole day, what I usually do the following days was I walk in the mountain for about 1 hour, because my place was surrounded by the mountain, I mean closed to valley. I'm refreshing myself through the nature where I feel better every time I'm at the top of the hills.

It's my family, when I'm tired I always talk with my wife and kids and they are the motivation for me to continue to expect the market to recover and I always dream that I will make a profit and get money to build houses

Reading this kind of thread during such kind of period just gives some kind of relief, just googled and got here after some trade went against me, it helps to close the system also and hang out with friends or just be around friends and loved ones. Trading has a lot of emotions that go with it

Yes, that is the most disgusting phase when you are just done with the crypto market because everything you do, gives you negative results. In such situations I think it is best to take a break and spend the time in doing anything which makes you happy. A dinner with friends or a club party, it can be anything. I think such beaks are very important if you don’t fall in depression.

I understand its very hard to keep a strong faith in the cryptocurrency market when everything seems to be going down and you're not at a loss. In my experience, my motivations spurs from the past unforeseeable market price spikes.

I wouldn't call this inspiration or something, but if I wanted to get the stress out, I just play on my favorite online game or go to casino to have some fun, of course losing money is not good, that's why I only bring money that I can afford to lose so at the end of the day, I'm not worried if I lost, at least I get some fun going out with friends in casinos. hehehe.

I usually  go for a visit in my province together with my family.It really helps me to refresh again and bring out all the stress and pressures inside.After that,i come back to my place and start doing crypto works again and trade only when i see the right timing on the market.

Actually, I never give up. Because I earned what I never thought I can earn at this age. So, if somehow I lose my money from trading or investing in ICOs, I look back at my past days, what was I! I had not enough money to spend with my friends, I couldn't go for a date with my girlfriend because of lack of money! Now, I have everything! So, I get inspiration from my past days.

Every,traders have an inspiration of life in order to achieve success especially in this crypto investment process,otherwise my inspiration are my family,when the times i fall down and become offset  my works  in crypto investment as a traders,i look up my family and after thats  my energy will boast again and continue to moving on despite of all challenge that i've encounter in crypto world,because  no matter what happen the  time would going back and crypto works would profitable again.

Yes, I heard of Ian Balina and he already made a lot of money from cryptocurrency. I also want to make money from cryptocurrency and every time I see someone being successful in investing or trading cryptocurrency, I would be inspired by it and think that if they can do it, why can't I? I may not be able to profit with the same amount as them but I know if I would persevere and focus on what I wanted to achieve, I can do it.

Though I don't stuck in frustration or in the panic! If I get wallet hack or loss in trading, I stop working for a while. And after then I tell my own self that God gave me money and now it's gone, why I am worrying! My God will give me again if I continue my works. I try to spend times with my friends, I eat so much in frustration and then my mind become refresh again to start work.

very nice thing if we can have time with family or friends. That 2 thing if they respond really good to us can make our stress gone. Especially if you have a children, they are best cure for this kind of thing.

You shouldn’t let the fact that you lost money put you down. It happens to everybody, whenever they lose more than they expected they will start feeling really bad, and during such times it’s best to remember to treat yourself to something special and remind yourself that you have made it before and you will also make it again.

At this moment I’ll go out and treat myself, perfect time to hit the fridge if I haven’t been there for long. After refreshing, I’ll come back and think of what happened, how I made the mistake and how I can avoid it next.

Traveling is always a very good way to unwind, however, the good thing about trading, is that while you are refreshing, you can still always make do with the mobile channels and then trade on the go at any point in time. The inspiration for me generally is always there and since trading has not just become a profession for me, but I rather see it as a hobby. You know it is actually always fun when you see yourself making some good market decisions and being confident in the decisions you make several times.

I make sure always give out some time in the week off from trading and the thing is depending on your style of trading, with scalping taking most of one's time if you have to go that way and based on how you have to always concentrate on the market movement, I would say, in a way, for swing traders, or long term traders, it is usually not much of a problem when it comes to having time to always relax in between trades without having to monitor every single time.
