if I am getting tired of trading or something else, I will try to refresh my brain and mind by traveling with family maybe 1 or 2 days, after that I will return to the world of crypto currency again

Traveling is always a very good way to unwind, however, the good thing about trading, is that while you are refreshing, you can still always make do with the mobile channels and then trade on the go at any point in time. The inspiration for me generally is always there and since trading has not just become a profession for me, but I rather see it as a hobby. You know it is actually always fun when you see yourself making some good market decisions and being confident in the decisions you make several times.

Just take a rest for a week or so especially in case you feel that you are fully washed out. meet your friends, take your family to the forest or part nearby your home or just read some classics

I make sure always give out some time in the week off from trading and the thing is depending on your style of trading, with scalping taking most of one's time if you have to go that way and based on how you have to always concentrate on the market movement, I would say, in a way, for swing traders, or long term traders, it is usually not much of a problem when it comes to having time to always relax in between trades without having to monitor every single time.

Mostly when i am tired from trade i take rest and then start searching about bitcoin price and make my own prediction which helps me to give more profit in future.

I never sit with my family and just always search about cryptocurrencies and increase my knowledge. After taking decision i start my trade working again. I have YouTube app on my mobile i always watch videos while taking rest.

Nah i don't think that happens a lot in reality. Getting i'll be more inspired by a coin's actual use and application in society. It's really interesting to think how blockchain can have a major effect in the society in the future. And i don't have to force myself when i'm tired from trading. When I lose too much trading I sometimes get angry, and when it comes to that what I do is just to quit immediately and chill off. I can find something to cool myself and I might even decide to leave everything about trading for that day and focus on something else that will make me happy. After that, I also think about the things I have done wrong and how I can correct them, and also make research if needed.

First of all, I do not get tired of trading. However, when I feel stressed a bit, I just try to think more about my close people and relatives, who are waiting for my help.

You know stress, depression, sadness and other emotions can affect your calculations and analysis and will make your choices become chaotic and the results will make you you later, if you are tired and stressed it is better to take a break, forget about trading and so on, take holiday for a few days and come back when you're ready

yes indeed sometimes trading can make people stressful, because they are like being forced to look at chart changes in prices that are quite crazy. I usually refresh by opening LinkedIn and seeing some posts, usually in the form of inspirational videos, for me, it is quite calming, besides eliminating stress, it also gives me more knowledge

Unfortunately, my friends do not work with the cryptocurrencies. That is why I inspire myself. When feeling a bit tired, I just think that we all have to work, and this work is not the worst one.

if I'm having worries or feeling dizzy with the trade that I do, I will calm down by going for a vacation with my wife and family. because if I'm experiencing worries, they are the ones who are able to get rid of all that and those who are able to give me peace.

Even i do get stressed sometimes and also trading and other works makes me loose my intrest but in such situation i simply take a bit rest and go out for a drive along with my loved ones.
I usually hangout and all of my stress gets relieved.
If i work for more than 4-5 hours my brain stops thinking and it really goes much bad for me than.

I always prefer to work when i have a fresh mood and also when i have my wish to do so. I cant work forcefully and it always does not allow me to give my best onto the work i am concentrating upon. Also i do get myself refreshed in an hour and get back to work once i am out of stress. Sitting infornt of the laptop for hours is not actually that easy and generates a lot of stress.
