The wallet takes a unusual amount of time to generate the block chain I'm looking into a fix, load the wallet and let it load for at least 2 minutes. If you have a 32 bit version of windows let me know, I may have to compile a 32 bit version.

when loading the wallet for first time it does take quite a while, but only on first load. if it says its not responding just let it continue on
