MASSIVE congratulations to everyone who continues to support PNDcoin. have been following this coin since about 1 or two Weeks before it hit coinmarketcap. always loved it and everything it stands for. bought 9mill coins about 4Weeks ago when everything was really bad. am not  selling. infact my target is 100mill.   ,we'll see how that goes. in about 5months wen am not so focused on my  day job, I will seriously like to start helping with marketing. my encouragement is keep working hard guys. came into the  crypto scene in december, just in time to fall in love with dogecoin and have witnessed the crazy explosion in new coins. I can see now that this industry is going to mirror , clothes,cars,cornerstone,offlicences or any other normal industry with loads of players in it. what am trying to say is that the future is going to belong to the hardest workers first. out of the hardest workers those who have the best marketing strategy will forge ahead. after that it will be down to those with the best/morals,principles and are able to engage the average citizen whil :-*e staying innovative (marketing?). this  is what's ahead guys. I will stay loyal to PND..and know that you have silent supporters out there. PND has a serious potential to be great while changing lots of peoples lives for the better. I AM IN!!  this is stopbeingreedy signing out for now. really hope you guys don't loose faith in what you are building because success,rewards  and more helpers will surely be added to you if you persevere. I created pandacoin p2pool on my home server. http://dr-nona.office-on-the.net:9444

The question is, what are the correct parameters to specify to connect my pool to others:

         IDENTIFIER = 'e40ef614eeebb383'. Decode ('hex'),
         PREFIX = '502f757a499bf601 '. Decode (' hex '),

Parameters in the source on the github cause an error.

It's other pools that will connect to yours because your pool is the seed node to begin with. This is what the IDENTIFIER and PREFIX is used for. Other people will copy those two variables into their own p2pool config and connect to your pool forming the p2pool network.

Also your SUBSIDY_FUNC is incorrect. It should read:

 SUBSIDY_FUNC=lambda height: 50000*100000000, 

Since the block reward is now 50k and not 10k as represented in your edit and we don't want to unfairly under pay our miners

Yeah it was there briefly.

The walls keep appearing and disappearing like there's no tomorrow. Either way the multipool is doing it's job, we'd still be in single figures without it. A slow and steady rise is more sustainable long term as nice as it was to see the price shoot up yesterday.

Like I said before, really encouraging to see some of these supposedly "dead" coins coming back to life, was starting to lose faith in crypto a little bit after all that's happened recently. Let this be a lesson that the community can and will defeat the pump and dumpers!

It probably is the only one running atm, i'm unaware of any others running currently. If you want to connect to other panda p2pool nodes, first you need to find one that is running. Once you find one, you must replace the IDENTIFIER and PREFIX values with the values of the other p2pool. Otherwise your pool will complain and not connect to the other pool thinking it has the same IDENTIFIER and PREFIX as it's own. Finally, you must prepend the other p2pool's node info to: BOOTSTRAP_ADDRS= variable. For example:

The big walls keep going back up but as soon as the multipool hits them they get pulled. It's stopping all the usual manipulation by whales .

Price is back down again but I put that down to all the BTC news. Shame that's all happening now, we were on a strong rally the past few days and would probably have broken 1 sat again if LTC hadn't tanked on the back of all the usual China FUD... I hope this time the ban is actually real so China can finally go away and leave crypto alone.

Yes. Someone tried to make use of one exploit in kgw which created a fork. An update is pushed to https://github.com/pandacoin-official/pandacoin which should prevent such attacks in the future starting from block 71000.

Updated wallets will follow shortly.
