Selling your coin when it's downtrend on the market is not the best idea at all. If you got big loses already just forget about this coin(if it is not shitcoin that can never rise again) for half a year and then you will get your profit.

Selling of tokens or not during downtrend is a sole decision but in my own view I feel both selling and keeping of tokens is not a bad idea, the best thing is to sell part which is up to half of the tokens available so as to not make bigger loss if the prices falls the more.
