if I were you, I would prefer to hold my coin, if indeed the coin has a high price basically, what's wrong with holding the coin and selling it when the price goes up, but if for example the coin that I hold it has a low price I will sell it, it's information is in need in this case, Hold if the information from that in can be valid that the coin will go up and sell if not, that's my principle.

My answer is Hold. The hold is the best choice in this situation. IF you selling your tokens at this market condition, I think it is a very bad thing. Actually, that time is very difficult to make a decision. Everybody are thinking when the market comes normal condition? But the question is no one can predict it surely because the market hasn't any controller. Some people are leaving form the crypto, Personally, I'm not doing it because I believe crypto. I think we need just to wait and hold if we really are looking for long term profit. There will always be times that the market will go down since it is very unstable for now, we just have to be patient and wait

I prefer to holding them up until the market situation is going up again, it is just about the patience don't be panic about the market price dumping and you wil think should sell everything before you lose it all. For what?you sell it but you still not getting profit indeed you will lose out. So holding is the my way to keep the market price helping up.

Now, I will wait till the full recover of market before selling anything, because prices are just ridiculous and losing almost everything is not an option for me.

You have to follow just one simple rule. Wait when market is low and sell when the market is high. Wether, it's about coins or tokens.
