On the one hand people don't invest in coin so much money as they did last year. On the other bounty hunters sell tokens fast and the price goes very low. That is why some projects prefer list their token on Idex first. They want to see how a coin plays on market.

And what investors should do in such situation? Sell all they have for small money or wait until a token will go up?

I'm asking as a person working in such project. After ICO token price went down (KCY, I'm sure you heard of it). And It is interesting to know investor's opinion about such situation.

The decision is yours but "bull run" happens mostly year end, my suggestion is just hodl until the price of bitcion rise up. Theres is a possibility that the it will be normal as crypto still have so many supporter and almost everyday different kind of ico's project pump up. This is a growing community so nothing impossible.

For me, just sell it directly if you have tokens already. The increase of tokens value take so much time. If you can't wait too long, sell it now.

We see many bounty coins listed so far on exchanges and dumped just because some bounty hunters sell their coins the moment coin listed even they know its bad to sell at low price but in the starting when coin drops panic sellers out from the market and holders remain stick with the coins and they wait for the good rise then they sell but we should not worried when market drops we should have patience because market revive also and My opinion about investor should also keep patience when coin drops. Important thing is how active is project dev and whats the roadmap of the project and plannings because if the project team is really active then sooner or later coin will rise for sure. So investor must wait for the right time to sell. He should not be panic.

Investors put in 2018 at least 6.3 billion $, a lot more than in 2017, so you're wrong here.
ICO in 2018 hasn't showed such significant results as in 2017, but people still invest with a hope to find a "gold mine"
I haven't invested in a single ICO in 2018, as i bought all the coins i wanted 10 or 20 times cheaper on exchanges.
Investors who invest big in ICO don't care about price in short term, because they understand no token is able to give huge returns being few weeks on the market, and if it does - it's pure speculation.
Bounty hunters who dump their tokens right away, have absolutely no idea what are they doing, but i still love them, as they give me ability to buy from them.
