I don't think all bounty hunters sell tokens at very low prices. And if the project is really good, it will most likely be purchased soon. Well a good investor would not sell their tokens in low price because the very first reason why they started an investment is to get profits, not to lose money. So I think that they would hold their tokens until the price rises up to prevent such loss.
