Please tell me, its getting on my nerves already. I lost 40% lately on stupid moves and i need to recover. Is it safe to invest back in alts now. What can we expect in next 1-2 months. Anybody has a glass ball? I see green candles today. Can it be next bull trap or the market is recovering now?

It seems to me that the bullish trend has not yet arrived. The growth of altcoins and bitcoin should not be expected until August, so now relax a little and do not trade. It is necessary to wait for the right moment.

First and foremost, don't get my couple of cents as an expert's take. Secondly, never let your emotions run your decisions. It will be a tragic end to your portfolio if your emotions prevail. Avoid it.

The market has been unreliable these past few days. Green candles do not mean recovery. They simply signify growth. Up to what point, we are not sure. What I am a bit positive about is that the prices will not go down deeper anymore. There will be decreases in prices but not that big anymore, after all the red candles that we've seen in the last several months. So, I think it is safe to get back to alts right now. There might be a longer waiting though for your gains.

I agree with what is said above. Below there is nowhere to go. Perhaps to frighten the hamsters and make them lose some more crypts, the market will shake a little more, but overall, I think there will be a general growth of the market. Don't panic and don't lose hope. The market cann't only grow.

I don't think that, now is the best time to invest in altcoins  market because bitcoin is still in the bearish mode and like we have experience here when bitcoin is going down it pull down altcoins. Investing into cryptocurrencies market is not bad but you have to have long-term views.

I am very positive that we are no going to bottom now that is why you can consider going back to alternative coins. The green candles is not to be trusted now and probably be a bull trap as mention but for me green candles can be also consider as growth slowly to an up trend.

We need to be patient this time and we shouldn't really fix our minds on profit because market is always up and down. We need to do better research before we go in because a good coin will always grow.

No one can say yes, this is the bottom. There can always be more bottom prices. Make some smart moves with buying promising altcoins that has a potential to grow.

Personally I doubt its the bottom, the market growth from 10bn cap to 800 bn was insane in Jan, this year even if it settles around 200 bn thats still a 20x growth for people who invested back in Jan 17 - these same people will still sell at these low prices, as its all profit for them.
However once some of the larger coins get working products, such as ADA's net coming up the next few months, we will hopefully see a resurgence in both interest from the general public, and prices.

No one has a glass ball here and I can't guarantee you if its safe to invest back in alts now. Every coin is dropping and in correction so if you want to jump to alt coins, analyze.

Every month we spend in this sideways movement is building momentum for a big move for the market. But beware, it could go either way. So many bottoms breached, so many lows reached, so we may yet see more of that for many more months, if not all the way til next year.

Bulls will be back, I am sure of it. Just when this will happen is anybody's guess. Cut your losses now if you can't wait. Or turn into a holder, and come back in 2020:)

Nobody can tell exactly if this is the bottom after the market behavior in the last few months. In my opinion we're not on the bottom yet, price may rise a bit and will fall lower in the next few days.

Sorry for your loss and I think it is very good if you buy altcoin now that the price is still low and you can hold for as long as you want and secondly, I do not think the bull period has started but I am positive that the market will not fall more than it has done in the past few month but will rather begin to recover very soon.

I think that bitcoin can fall in price by 1000 - 1500 dollars. And this will be the bottom, after which a good and strong growth will begin. Altcoins can also fall strongly.

Nobody can tell if it is the bottom. It is the bottom at the current time. BTC was less than $6000, but we don't know if it can go lower. But it is possible.

Not yet man, we might be able to see the previous year's low for most coins. The interest in crypto has diminished for now, but institutions and professional traders are attracted to it and are still waiting for the cheapest price they can enter. They could be bagging lots over the counter discreetly and will probably enter the market once they see that public interest is back. Let's all be patient until Q4 of 2018, this is the time where majority of the people will have funds to spend on anything.

Nobody knows for sure when the bottom will be but Bitcoin seems to have a strong support around 6.2k level and so has ethereum and traditional emd of year bull run is hopefully coming.

with all the dumps that are still strongly happening? i hardly think so. we had a lot of drop so far but there is still some more dumps left in the whales so we may even see the same size of the dump in the following months before we can see the bottoms again.
