When you click on transaction details for coins that have processed it takes you to the correct page I think.  When you try to see older transactions it switches to the old coin2x.com page and times out.  I chatted with support for a second and they said they were attacked but I do not know how since they have cloudfare.   Warning again people dont send anything in.

how do you chat with support?
I can't even send a mesage

Their site isn't online anymore, you can't chat with them.
saybia referred to having chatted with coin2x support in the past, before they ran of with all coins.

Someone trace his ip  Roll Eyes

he's on a cloudflare node. the ip given from an nslookup comes back as 108.162.198.227 (cloudflare). this guy may be a bit smarter than we thought. god knows if oleg fadeev is even his real name.

Trace his IP?

Come on are you kidding me?
You guys are acting like you didn't know how coin2x operated.
And if you "really" didn't there soooooooooooooooooooooooooo many post reminding you over and over.
Now that he bounced, you're talking about tracking IP and such? LOL

I keep hearing about people talking about tracing IP and all that bull shit, but in reality, nothing going to be traced, and the whoIs info, who even knows if it's real or not.
(i'm just surprised he didn't use one of them privacy proxy service)

Just like the casino, you win some you lose some.
Can't go around blaming people if you lost money.
You all knew the risk you were taking (including me), can't blame anyone for that.

Don't get me wrong, I hope he comes back and if there is an actually is a problem with the server, i'm pretty damn sure it has nothing to do with server "resource".. .
If he having "legal" issues, it maybe the hosting doesn't allow his kind of site which can easily be resolved. He just needs to log back in to check his messages.

The level of stupidity on this forum is staggering.  Some info for people who can't get it through their thick heads what happened and what the current status is:

1. This was a ponzi scheme straight and simple.  You should not have risked more than you were willing to lose, as you were likely to lose.  If you don't think it was a ponzi scheme, then you are clueless.
2. The site is no longer up and running.  What you are seeing is a cached version.
3. For those that think they guy only made a small amount of BTC and other coins, you are wrong.  Don't tell me that he only had 7 or 15 BTC in his wallet.  The wallet addresses you are looking at are what you sent to, but he auto-withdrew from those wallets using an API into other wallets.  Just look closely, example +2BTC then a matching -2BTC send to another address almost immediately after every deposit.  And if you were lucky enough to get an early payout, it was from a different wallet address.  This guy walked with at least 75BTC and probably more, not to mention the other alts.  I'd say he made probably close to USD $100k - $150k.
4. For those that think they can track this guy down with IP addresses etc, that's pretty laughable.  Go for it, but good luck.  The info on whois is networksolutions, not this guy's personal info.  The phone # is not his, the address is not his, etc.
5. I gotta say the coin2x guy (probably a 16 yo kid actually) isn't too bright.  If he just kept his web site up another couple days, he could have made a ton more.  Idiot move for taking it down.  He could have just made excuses on payouts delayed until he stopped getting deposits.  He left $ on the table.  Either that, or his site got shut down by his hosting company, so he had no choice.
6. Also, why shut it down when he did?  There were lots of high BTC deposits, so I get it, but why not wait until just before those large payouts were due and then just delay as long as you can until you build up the biggest amounts possible.  Again, maybe his hosting company took him down I suppose.  It doesn't change the fact that this was a classic ponzi, just a very short one.
7. The facebook page is fake and created by someone completely not related to the coin2x guy.  Honestly, I gotta give you credit whoever created it, because it is the ultimate troll.  Well done on that!  Had me laughing out loud with people thinking they were talking to the real coin2x guy.  lol
8. If there is another copycat site, then that is either a ponzi scheme also or just a copycat looking for you to send coins to the addresses on those pages.  Don't lose any more money than you already have lost.  Just move on with your lives and go do something more on the up and up.
9. Holding out hope that "coin2x is coming back" will only make you more sad than you already are.  So put it out of your mind and move on.

Anyway, hope this info helps someone not lose more money...I wish you all the best.

Speaking of the facebook troll, whoever you are who created it, i'd be willing to send you a bunch of trollcoins as reward for that troll job.  Don't get me wrong, it's no laughing matter people losing money, but the concept of trolling people is still funny (when it doesn't actually harm them in any way).  Send me your TRL wallet address, master troller.

lol, I was being serious.  I am not trying to troll.  I know trollcoin exists, and I really mean it when I say I will send trollcoin to whoever pulled off the coin2x facebook troll job.  Of course, they'd somehow need to prove to me that they were actually the ones behind it.  Really well done.

This is what will happen:

1) I have no doubt, that some of these "high deposits" are fake. These will be "paid out" to themselves, to gain confidence in the market.

2) At some point, the amount of deposits is going to far surpass the amount the website owners have paid out. That is when payouts will all of a sudden become "delayed", or maybe the timer will just be increased. This will be so they can receive a few more deposits.

3) The entire site will then go down.

Sigh... so many dumbass people in this world it's amazing. I'm really starting to believe that it really isn't unethical to be taking advantage of them in scenarios like this. And this person will come back, with another site, in about a month with some bullshit excuse like "legal issues all coins lost sorry guys I'll be for real this time no issues I pinky swear". And people wills still send their fucking coins then. Sometimes I wonder why I play this game legitimately.
