Wow, look at the difference between the two transactions placed on cryptoaltex... i think the lower price is waaay too cheap, especially since mining will soon become impossible.

I'm sure that was a screw up. But we are not all rich like some believe it.

I have to repost this because I still don't know what the deal is...

So the stake begins after 8 hours? Can someone explain exactly how it works? When are the coins "paid out" or whatever?

I've had coins in the wallet for nearly 9 hours and don't see anything different happening.

Thanks in advance for your explanation.

I sure hope so! I only have ~7k Blackcoins at the moment; there is no way I am wanting to sell them at that price!

CryptQuest Blackcoin Pool Membership Drive

After much deliberation, we have devised a promo that will both reward our existing, faithful miners and help recruit new miners for our pool.

Here is the deal:

Our target is to reach 150 active workers and at least 200 Mh/s

Once we hit that, every active miner who stays on the pool for the 24 hours after hitting that benchmark will get zero mining fees FOR LIFE.

We are also DOUBLING our already generous 25 BC block finder reward to 50 BC starting NOW until when we hit our goal.

You read that right.

We are also offering free hugs. But you need to come to us to get them.

Join us and spread the word.

Why is your Pool branded as a Scam Pool here?

Not sure about anyone else but I'm mining there right now with no issues. Received full payout on everything I've mined. Only issue I came across was my email verification on setup ended up in my spam folder.

I'm not an expert but what I've read is your wallet and coins are selected for the stake(by the network). Its stated the more coins you have the more likely as it gives your wallet a greater chance of being selected. I don't understand it fully yet though.

It would be nice if the Dev clarify this, if he's planning to post again here soon.

One for him personally and one for marketing purposes.

Also we need to market this on social media... Maybe create a team that sets up a reddit, twitter, facebook etc? Maybe the dev should have some thoughts on this too, before we all start making  unofficial twitteraccounts for BC... xD

If the dev is okay with it, set up a subreddit here Smiley

http://www.reddit.com/r/bccoin/

I can turn it over to the dev if he wants it, or if wants to be an admin as well (either way, just let me know)

My goal is to get it up over 25 subscribers by tomorrow night.

I have no idea what's reddit. Seems kinda forum. Then why not  Tongue
