I think that's just a price estimate by saying bitcoin prices will jump to $ 50,000 by 2018. But that's just a prediction. So I can not say it could reach $ 50,000 probably reach $ 40,000. But let's continue to support the price that may occur.

It would be quite early to call the market bullish if this is what you meant by healthy. Volume isn't great as for now. There is a slight positive movement in price but not enough to call it bullish. BTC should cross $9k before we should make any statement.
