Banks? No! But we definitely foresee drastic changes in the nature of current fiscal system. With crypto currencies making their foothold stronger with time, banks and governments will have to change their approach towards the functioning of current system. The traditional banking system needs to be revolutionized in order to sustain. It won't be able to recuperate a downfall. We have example of Venezuela at hand. Only if the government and authorities were proactive, the results wouldn't be so drastic.
"Governments are good at cutting off the heads of a centrally controlled networks like Napster, but pure P2P networks like Gnutella and Tor seem to be holding their own." -- Satoshi

I did not see a reason for bank to dissapear because of crypto currency. The last, bank will have there own blockchain. Bank contain people with investment enthusast, people that can turn impossibility to possible. So I see no reason they will dissappear unless bank makes crypto to disappear.

No they won't, crypto is still new and it will take a long time until there will be adoption and bank won't be that stupid to wait and do nothing. They will find a way to implement blockchain to their system and stay relevant for the future and it's not like people will leave bank once crypto is here, bank is useful for a lot of things.

I don't think that will happen. When it comes to trust and assurrance, bank has it. Cryptocurrency is great especially in gaining profits and how it innovates the world but it cannot replace the bank's reputation and foundation.

Banks are looking into blockchain and cryptocurrency to implement in their systems and products. Giant banks aren't just going to go away that easily.

Mass adoption for cryptocurrencies is so weak that today we don't tell about bank disappears. While their well-being does not threaten anything from this side. Implementations in the massive application are superficial. Many people don't hear or afraid use crypto. And with such volatility I understand them

That is the motto of the bitcoin inventor but it will or not based on how it is going to be used by the people, since many people were using it for trading then banks are indeed until that,so banks will disappear when bitcoins accepted as direct payment.

I believe that many banks will cooperate with the government, so they will not go bankrupt. I believe that this industry will develop in other directions in the future.

I think not, because not all people will understand the world of crypto or blockchain, people "lay"  would be more select with what more public use. But do not rule out the possibility the two will compete or just walk beside.

banks will always be there, because without the help of banks it is difficult to exchange crypto to fiat. currently many banks are starting to integrate their platform into blockchain technology. recently a bank in my country has started to develop blockchain technology. so the bank won't die, they will always adjust.

No I do not think so that cryptocurrency will replace banks completely. I think that both of them are distinct in feature and they will go hand-in-hand rather. So  one should get rid of false notion that they are enemy with each other and one should destroy another. If both go together, it will be good for all of us.

Nope, never a cryptocurrency will replace the national currencies that which operate banks, the states will never allow this to happen. I think that the cryptocurrencies will remain only digital assets.

it seems impossible. because banks are important for everyone. crypto will not be able to replace the bank's function at any time. and certainly the bank will always make innovations that will benefit its users. one example might be that they will integrate their technology with blockchain.

I think it will not affect on the banks. not everyone understands cryptocurrency and I think cryptocurrency is more suitable to be a investment because it will more profitable. so many people have been successful in the world of cryptocurrency. it will take a long time for cryptocurrency to become the real money.

No , I don't think banks will disappear because of cryptocurrency . Banks will exist and crypto will also exist .
Bitcoin is very volatile and it can't replace fiat but it's just my thoughts and many others , we do not know what will happen in the future, everything can happen.

Are you seriously deep down dreaming about the collapse of the banking system ?! No, this will not happen, at least in the near future.Rather, the cryptocurrency will be integrated into the banking sector and will be only an addition.
