now while the market is falling, I do not see any sense to invest in the long term. first, it is necessary to wait when the market will stop falling. and for long-term investment, the top 10 altcoins are suitable.

What coins do you suggest for long-term holding? Bitcoin and Ethereum excluded.

for Long term Holding , I never worried with this project. Credits (CS). you can do with your own research ,  how the progress of this project until this day, and how consistence they are with their mission and vision , and the last how strong the community believe with this project. and the most favorite thing for me , they will be the fastest blockchain ever with their 1.000.000 Transaction/second.
Holding is indeed one of the best possible option but you need to get this thing in your mind that holding means a lot of patience and that you won’t be able to make any kind of earnings for years unlike trading or short-term investment of money. If you are up for this, then you must make the right choice of the coin like that of bitcoin, ETH etc. for holding as these coins can then help you earn more money.
That's absolutely true. Patience is the key to success in long-term investment. If you can stand it, then I believe ADA, Neo and Ethereum are worth attention.

I personally suggest coins that already have a reputation and experience. This may be better in the long run, or you can always invest in ICOs, make sure you choose who will have the potential to succeed in the future, because that will be the key to your success.

According to me ETHER UM, BITCOIN,& NEO are good coins and suitable for long term. In long term process we need a patience. Both are great coins and chance to increase high & market reputation is also very good.

Hold coins which are profitable. I mean profitable also in a bear market. These coins are proof of stake coins and they are generating "free" coins for staking (holding) them on your personal wallet.

There are so many crypto coins that are worth for holding in a long term. Basically, they are also the cryptos that are listed on top of the list among the rest. One good example of coins that are good for holding are Ripple, Cardano, Stellar, Neo, EOS, and IOTA.
Yes, I really agree with what you say and the coin you mentioned I think it is very good for long-term investment,
yes, we have to keep up to date with it so we don't miss information
For the long time, we see the potential of each coin to grow along the market and it is the good choice where to invest our money. We have to get an opportunity to have a volume of each coin for good profit from long time holding. We have to not lose this chances. Analyze the market and have some of it. Diversify an investment with it and see good the profit from it.

I think Big investors are disappointed in bitcoin and now they want to invest only in those coins, behind which there is some practical technology claimed by a large number of people. Therefore, we also need to first of all pay attention to the fact that the coin was not exclusively speculative and its content was aimed at solving real problems.
I support the idea that many investors have got dissappointed in Bitcoin and are looking for coins with practical technology. I believe they are Ethereum and Neo.

Look for young exchange tokens or blockchain tokens. If we talk not about very famous ones I'd recommend to look out for Universa and Semux.

Even after bitcoin or ethereum, many large cap coins are left and it isn't a wrong decision keeping them as well in your portfolio. Also, go for potential and utility coins be it from ICO or mid cap segment already listed on exchange.

Besides from Bitcoin and Etherium, there are good coins to invest when it comes to long-term or short-term investments. In my experience, no matter what coin you will be choosing it will always depend on your trading strategy. But to give you an idea theres are the good coins to invest with which based on the market ranking.
1. Ripple
2. Bitcoin Cash
3. EOS
4. Stellar
5. Litecoin

For me, I would like to hold those promising coin in future like ethereum and bitcoin because still both coins worth it and no one can beat or surpass. I'm hoping that it will remain profitable .
but in my opinion there are a lot of good coins for the long term, but that depends on market conditions and bitcoin, because in my opinion if Bitcoin goes up there will be lots of altcoins going up. but if you want to be safe, it's better to choose proven quality coins like ETH and NEO.

There are bunches of altcoins that's worth investing other than ethereum and this coins are stable coins according to my little understanding in the market and this so called stable coins are the top coins on coinmarketcap most importantly xlm, neo, EOS, litecoin, monero, bcpt, bwt etc.
Check coinmarketcap, pick the top listed coins, do some research about them. Then you will be able to figure out what coins worth investing at the moment.

Bias answer would be the tokens I promote and have in terms of bounty and airdrop (same goes with other ones here who gave specifics) otherwise I'll go for new blockchains or new technology which is likely to develop more in the future but not too distant away.

I think the interesting coin is the EOS. This is the strongest competitor of Ethereum, so you need to buy a few coins.

Yeah BTC and ETH good. One more is the BCH and EOS for me. BCH already came from the fork of BTC and better in comparison of BTC in the respect of technical aspects. In another side, EOS has also more features compare to ETH. Although BTC vs BCH and ETH vs EOS better to invest in all  Cheesy
