My suggestion would be MRPH or Morpheus Network tokens dont get confused with Morpheus Labs because they are not the same. MRPH is decentralizing the world's supply chain with block chain technology. Already partnered with some of the world's biggest shipping companies. In Q1 2019 MRPH will burning the excess tokens making its value even more higher for the following days to come.

I think it is a good choice to hold some of the top cryptocurrencies in this market, such as EOS, LTC, NEO. These are very good cryptocurrencies, I believe that waiting for the market to pick up, they will have a lot of room for growth, so investing in them in the future you will get huge profits.

Coin recommendations to be held in the long run are certain coins that have a strong defense and good prospects going forward. I chose EOS, Waves, and NEO to hold it. In my opinion, their prospects are quite promising and quite skilled in developing and marketing their coins. So that the value can increase even higher.

No one will tell you 100% what to buy.Take the top 20-30 coins and choose yourself.Something will rise in price, something is not.In any case, success will be at the coins with a working product, team and capitalization.

I think a good coin for holding is PCHAIN. Why? PCHAIN deploys mutlichain system to support EVM or Etherum Virtual Machine making large scale Dapps possible. With PCHAIN scalability there's no doubt it is one of the tokens to be watched for.

What coins do you suggest for long-term holding? Bitcoin and Ethereum excluded.

if you are , make save investment the answer is Bitcoin, but if you are want more profitable ,
I  think  LOKI is a good investment for long terms.
they have good developer and funding development for long time.
coin held I recommend Ripple for this period. I suggest Ripple upon the development and my experience with the Ripple.
so I'm having a great advantage by holding the Ripple in the market conditions like these.

I think that besides bitcoin and ethereum, you can also invest in ripple and EOS. This is a very good coin I believe in them about expecting them to grow a lot.

I agree with you. But to be honest it is always difficult for me to make a decision as I always hesitate whether I am doing right or wrong. I do my own research but Iam never sure whether I have chosen the right coin or not.

Any coin in top 10 based on market cap is good for holding for long term. One good coin is litecoin.

I think that the best alternatives to bitcoins are ARDOR (ARDR) - A virtual ecosystem developed on a blockbuster, offering users convenient ways to scale the network. In fact, this is the second generation of Nxt, but more perfect: ARDOR provides the ability to create your own child chains within the system. Through this platform, any company can create their own coins and receive a commission for their transfer. And transactions within the network are almost instantaneous: it usually takes 60 seconds, or even less.

Litecoin is always a good alt to hold and even gather some more in time as prices are still going down. When we talk about tech develop, litecoin is not so good and it has nothing good to offer instead of segwit so this is where I would start to be more carefull when I'm thinking to invest big amount of money into litecoin.

I think that the best alternatives to bitcoins are IOTA (IOT OR MIOTA) Crypto currency without commissions and miners. It was created as a means of payment for the realization of the concept of "Internet of Things" (Internet of Things, IoT). Indeed, there are no commissions here, which makes it possible to use IOTA for micropayments (for example, in 1 RUB). This is also a fully self-sustaining network: there are no miners here, and users themselves confirm the transactions of other users.

I chose stellar and ripple to hold for 1-2 months, because the coin price is cheap and very fast when the price rises again. For a long term I chose ethereum to invest some of my money

If bitcoin and etherium are excluded, then it's worth trying Neo and Eos, in my opinion this is the most optimal option

SIACOIN (SC). This promising newcomer of the crypto-currency market is not so much a virtual payment medium as an innovative technology of cloud storage that can protect all your assets even in the event of a force majeure system failure. This is a global decentralized repository that provides users from all over the world with an unparalleled level of privacy and security of information.

I think ETH is a good cryptocurrency in the future, its foundation is applied to most of the new currency. And this year its price has dropped a lot, this is the only buy opportunity.

In addition to Bitcoin, which is considered the preferred coin for HODL all year round, I propose to keep coins from Amazzy Bounties, these are like OMX and CHT, as a result of that, in fact, I believe, in fact, that they are valuable in the future and have a specious background, actually it's from AmaZix Bounties which for me, exclusively legal and respectable platform fees!
