We can see many thread on Scam Accusations. Maximum post reader less then 100. Some scam post read only 5 to 10 people. Some DT and some potential member's just come this board and participate discussion.
So how worthy to make a thread here ? It's very difficult to identify a scam ICO. We make thread here to save people money. Especially to save time of  bounty hunters & prevent to promote scam ICO. Honestly if I say than may be less than 1% bounty hunter come this board. They are busy for earning. But when an ICO scamed than they are cry. Anyway even no one read I will continue to expose scam ICO. From now i will warn on their ANN and bounty too. After that if people not aware than nothing to say.

One solution only that are doing Lutpin & marlboroza temporary taged promoter also. It's really great work . When taged they come to here and stop promoting to remove red taged. But it's very difficult. Because less DT active here and they don't have much time to do that. We have to try our maximum to save money. Alone no one can prevent anything. We have to try our best.

Move this to Meta as it's really not an accusation.

Yes, I think it's worth it. Quite a few scams ICOs have been cancelled recently after they've been exposed. The scam research shows up on Google.

Also keep in mind that by exposing those scams you're not only ending one ICO, you're also increasing the risk for other potential scammers. Those ICO websites and whitepapers cost them money so anything that raises the cost of entry (either by making them lose money or by forcing them to spend on more elaborate schemes) is a good thing.

In my opinion, even if you save only one person from investing in a particular scam, then it's worth it.

Make sure to give references to the original thread I guess and hope anyone searching for info will find both.    Its worth doing for just a basic record of what has happened or failures, incorrect facts that are in that ICO or whatever the accusation is.
Its time stamped and examined by some at least, can be reposted across difference platforms as a place for discussion or to complain about that project.

Yep, definitely worth it.  However there are a lot of threads where the accuser walks into an obvious scam and should have known better.  There's not much anyone can say about those, so I think most people don't bother responding at all.  You can only say "I told ya so" X number of times before you realize that some people are greedy and willfully ignorant.

And who knows how many people a thread saves from getting scammed.  Just because it looks like members are being silent, the thread could have helped someone not fall for the same thing.  In particular I'm thinking of these Amazon gift card (and other gift cards) offers where the OP locks the selling thread and asks buyers to do the deal off-site.

You also drive others to hunt some other shady projects as well. (That's something isn't it?)

If you are able to find even one ICO, you can make a big difference. Just think how many people will be saved from getting fooled.

I saw your "Scam ICO Thread" in beginners and Help board. I think that is the best board for the visibility + awareness to newbies.
Even you create a topic in Scam Accusation , it will be good to put some thread in Beginners an help board too for creating awareness.

Anything that highlights that there are a lot of scam ICO's is good.

Scam ICO's are taking crypto from noobies as easily as taking candy from a baby.

It gives crypto a bad name and the few decent ICO's may miss out on investor funds as a result.

Bitcointalk has very good google visibility.

A bitcointalk post stopped me from buying a Yesminer a couple of years ago.

You only have to stop one person from losing their crypto to make it worth it.

We are surrounded by legends on this forum. Phenomenal successes and catastrophic failures. Then there are the scams. This forum is a digital museum.

it's definitely worth it.
it serves as a warning for whoever reads it, you have done your part in the community to warn people
it's their own due diligence to get well informed and you can't force them to do that
it's the least you can do to help the community and newbies Cool

I think for me the Scam Accusation section of the Forum is one, if not the best, helpful sections of this forum. Without a doubt, it saves one's time and effort exponentially! Why? Because instead of research and starting from scratch researching how LEGITIMATE the project is, you can just start where the Thread Starter stopped or you can just prove those accusations right or wrong. This will not just save time and effort, but it will also save an investor's hard earned money from those easy money earners!
