The purpose of this coin is to have a coin that will be resistant and ready to combat ASIC machines. It has detailed answers to your questions . It talks about first few use cases. More TBA after phase completion. =)

Most of it is allocated and held for development fund for roadmap phases and we have planned to have real world cases. The premine is justifiable in terms of LTME and keeping our ASIC resistant promise. A project like Renesis needs motivation. Motivation not only for the Renesis Core but also for the community developers.
